To all nations intent on curbing the activities of terrorists

In a few days time we are about to open onto the market a revolutionary new form of anti terrorist weapon. This weapon is specificly designed to eliminate life and does no damage to property, only people. You could set this weapon to maximimum detonation yeild and it wouldnt knock down a house of cards, but it would kill said person building the tower. This weapon can penetrate walls without damaging them in the sligtest, and will be available in both bomb and sniper rifle varities. The actual deveopment of the weapon is almost complete, but we still require uranium to fuel it (see uranium import request if you are willing to help) and thus the actual market release date for this weapon is the 28th September. We wish however to 'probe the market' as it were and find out who is interested. Rest assured, the undelying technology is a secret only our scientists are aware of and so no other nation will be developing this weapon. If you do wish to purchase it however, the payment method will not be curreny, but in millitary hardware. For a stack of say 200 Whitehall rifles (sinper varient of the weapon) we would accept something like five tanks or two millitary jets or a sub. For airborne missiles or bombs armed with a Whitehall payload, something like three subs etc. If you believe you can pay for this in the manner stated then place your interest now. The wepon will be explained in detail nearer the time of release on the 28th of September, but if you are interested then please tell us. However, this weapon is only to be used on terrorists, NOT other nation states. All weapons produced have a remote self destruct which we alone have links to, anyone breaching that agreement will have their consinement of the weapons destroied remotely and they will become useless.
