Morrigan Adams rolled the small capped vile of purple dust in between her fingers as she paced around her office, considering her plan of attack. She eyed the mirror. Her jet black hair was pulled back with a claw clip. Her face was perfectly painted in a way that complimented her pouting lips and enchanting onyx eyes. Her suit was black pinstripe, it was revealing yet classy and conservative. Perfect for making a buisness proposal. The vile slipped from her hand and began to tumble to the floor. Morrigan was too late to grab it ,but luckily a masculine hand caught it before is crashed.

"Careful boss.",Warned the young man. His brown hair was spiked and he was wearing a classic black suit with a black tie and shirt. He spoke with a mild Scottish accent. "Remember last time we broke one of these?"

Morrigan eyed the young man, whose forest green eyes were flashing with mischief and desire. Morrigan shut her eyes for a moment remember exactly what he was talking about. That had been one amazing night, no doubting it, but it wasn't going to happen again. Morrigan snatched the vile. She placed it over her head like a necklace using a chain on the cap.

"Don' worry 'bout, Will.",Assured Morrigan fermly with her Scot-Irish with a hint of Cockney accent. "Thas no' gonna happen' again."

Will looked visibaly saddened. The look made Morrigan want to laugh, but she didn't have time. She needed to figure out a plan to market her new invention. Morrigan was the head of Thrope's branch of the Irish mob. She was tough and intelligent, completely untouchable by the police for two reasons. One, she didn't do any of her dirty work herself. Two, the government was happy if people were employed and no one got killed. Morrigan also had a doctorate in Bio-Chemestry, giving her the knowledge to create any type of drug she wanted.

"All options.",She muttered almost to herself.

"You sure?",Asked Will nervously. "Making that big of a deal could cause problems, side effects to each side you know? I mean, they could become mickeys, or something!"

"Doubt it.",Muttered Morrigan angrily. "You know as well as I how this works. Besides, it's more of a chance ta make profit. No pain, No gain, right?"

William nodded and typed the information needed into the computer. Morrigan was now able to make her announcement to the people who wanted to hear it.

"'Ello everyone, I am 'ear today ta tell ya 'bout my latest innovation. I have recently created a wonder drug. It doesn' do everyting, but thas 'cause nothing perfect, right? As I was saying my latest creation is called Lust Dust." Morrigan lifted the necklace to the screen to let everyone see. "Now this lil amount of powder may not seem all that wonderful, but trust me it is. Lust Dust is like a mixture of endorphines, aphrodisiacs, pheramones, and Ectasy. It's basically a feel good drug. It'll magnify existing feelings of want and desire, help relieve depression, and just make you feel good. Lust Dust is an anti-depressent, an aphrodisiac, and a straight shot of bliss. You can contact me, Morrigan Adams if you're interested. If not, please tell me why and I'm sure I can find a way to 'elp. I'm lookin' forward to your opinions."

Once the camera shut off Morrigan let out a big, tired sigh.

"Now what?",Questioned Will anxiously.

"Now we wait, Will. Now we wait."

"Miss Adams we have become aware that you are offering a drug that can be of interest to uu here at FSI. We are interested in buying your Lust Dust enmasse for what ever price you choose."

IC: Morrigan read the message from FSI carefully. "Interestin'",She muttered before calling to her assistant. "TIFF, GET YOUR ARSE IN HERE!" Soon, a bubble gum pink-haired 19 year old girl in a matching suit came into Morrigan's office.

"We need to find a better way then that, boss.",Laughed the Tiff popping her gum.

"Tiff, we have more important issues to deal with.",Replied Morrigan solemnly. "Send a message to Mr.Kaboniski saying that if he wants to talk buissness I expect to see him here. Please."

Tiff nodded and left the room.

IC: "'ow many messages 'ave we sent, tell 'em that 'e's got to come 'ere?", Questinoed Morrigan testily as she paced. She had taken off her jacket and let her hair down. She now only had a white tank top for a shirt on. She headed that damn blazer it was always to warm in it.

"We've sent about 3 now.",Reported Tiff also sounding miffed.

"Was tha includin' a final warnin'?",Asked Morrigan as she plopped into the big leather chair behind her desk.

"Yeah, we did.",Assured Tiffanee.

"Well, then thas all we can do.",Muttered Morrigan turning to look at the view. She raised a hand and shooed Tiffanee away. "That bastard better show up.",She mumbled angrily. She didn't have time for people who beat around the bush.

Trade Minister Fred Galwitz, the second most senior voice in Iuthia's Trade Control was sitting calmy at a desk with Iuthia's Scientist General, Kristine Kale. It was an odd pairing as the two rarely ever had a chance to speak to one another proffessionally, but the latest drug developed in Thrope would prove to be one of those matter where the two would have to work together.

As Trade Minister, Fred wanted to import the latest drug "Lust Dust" to Iuthia because it would be a new drug on the market which would probably sell well and help Iuthia's ecomony a little... however, as Scientist General, Kristine would have to make sure that the substance was safe enough to follow Iuthia's health safety laws regarding drugs. In a sense they would have their departments working together as it would be nice for them to be working to make sure the drug was safe enough if the user followed instructions. Though if it turned out not to be safe enough they could be working against one another.

"Looking at the claimed effect of this drug we could be looking at another version of the Knootian 'Gay Spray' which was designed orginally as a weapon to be used against mass troop formations. The effect of 'Gay Spray' was potent and had some serious long term side effects which were ignored because it was designed as a weapon." Kristine sighed. "However in this case we are looking at a recreational drug which is to be selled in the Iuthian market... given that most drug users usually don't mix drugs to get the effects of 'Lust Dust' it could turn out to be a bit hit... but what we need to establish is that this stuff is clean enough to be relatively safe for personal use.

"We can accept a certain amount of side effects and problems, afterall we have alot of strong drugs in Iuthia which people are free to use as they like... but we need to make sure that none of these side effects and long term problems are hidden from the public so they can make their choice.

"How much information have we got about this drug so far?"

Fred looked down at his report before turning back to Kristine, she looked a little like a librarian, albeit a well dressed one with a rather strong personality.

"So far we haven't heard much from the people at Thorpe who have developed the drug... we only know their claims but have been given little other information. I intend to send a communique displaying interest later today."

"Very well," Kristine replied. "Try and ask for a sample for our own testing, sign any confidentiality agreements which we are asked to make sure that we don't steal their formular, we want their co-operation here. If we find them to be hiding anything I will fail the drug and it won't be sold here. Understood?"

Fred sighed before replying, he had no choice other then to agree with her, she had authority in this matter. "Understood."

We would like to display our interest in your latest designer drug; "Lust Dust" for general sale here in Iuthia. We feel that the innovative concept around the drug will make for a good market in Iuthia and fill a hole in the recent drug slump we have been feeling.

However, due to stringient regulations regarding safety and labelling of such drugs we will need to have as much information as possible regarding the testing your nation has done into the drug as well as a sample to do our own tests... we need to know what side effects and long term effects the drug has so we can warn Iuthians about what they are taking.

We are willing to sign confidentiality contracts to assure your nation we have no interest in stealing the drug (though we have a combination of drugs which are close in effect, but nothing like it) we just need to know how suitable this drug truelly is.

OOC: You don't need to be as detailed as me here, I just wanted to have a nice big post... I'm just looking to see if I can have this drug in my nation and how much it fucks up my citizens...

I won't freak out if it turns out to eventually rot the mind or something... it's just it will be noted on warnings in the Iuthian Drug Trade... we have Class A drugs here and they are sold in pharmacies.

Morrigan was distracted from her daydreaming by the chirping of her computer messaging system. She checked it quickly. It seemed to more nations were interested in her drug. She quickly gave them the information needed.

Iuthia- I am pleased that you have taken an interest in Lust Dust. As told before this product creates joy and sexual feelings. The side effects are few and to be expected. Here is a list of the known side effects;
1)Inavalibility to control oneself perfectly when around person you are very attracted to
2)Chances of minor histerics
3)Hyper-aware in sexual manner

Those are the basic, most common side-effects. I must warn you though, there were some rare cases of "Cracked Joy". This means that the person became so happy that it injured or killed them. This is immensely rare and will only happen if mixed with many other drugs of it's kind and the user OD's on all of them. I trust the people of your nation are intelligent enough to use common sense. I will teleport a vile to you. Please be careful. Should the vile break when you are unprotected it could result in actions you'll regret later.

Morrigan placed a vile on the teleport tray on her desk. She hit send on her messenger and on the tray,sending Iuthia just what they asked for. She then moved on to the next message.

Morrigan then decided to contact Vlad herself.

Several weeks later after various tests, number crunching and generally just going over all the information recieved, the thumbs up was given for a trial period to test the interest in the Iuthian market as well as generally being able to have some more tests on the drug...

It was rumoured around Central Command that Kristine had, once the tests were complete, tested some of the substance herself, though no one could confirm anything more then the fact she was very... delicate through-out the days after she removed a sample, but at least she was in a very good mood.

It wasn't long after that the go ahead was given to the Iuthian Trade Control people for a confirmation and additional orders of the new drug.

After much testing we have confirmed that your finding match our own testing over these past few weeks and we would like to note our interest in buying a small quantity... say several tonnes, for testing on the Iuthian drug market to get an idea of how much demand we will have for the drug.

Due to the fact that the Iuthian society is much more open about their sexuality and drug use we expect a fair gap in the market for such a drug, though it would still be dwarfed by the more common drugs... we expect it wouldn't be a common use drug but mearly something to add to a special occasion.

OOC: Again, I don't really want details as to how much is being sold and what for, I'm slowly working to adding your nation as one of those who trades with Iuthia and has business links. It's more of a RP thing then a statistic thing.

Morrigan read the message from Iuthia. After talking to some representatives from that nation and her own "associates". A price, specific amount, and trial time was officially set. The price was undisclosable, but Morrigan's accountant was happy.

Eric Stevenson, High Imperator of Montilado (known by its populace as the Oppressed peoples of NyuckNyuckNyuck) is sitting in his office looking over the reports about the underwater mining operation. A knock is heard on the office door, Eric shouts to for the guest to enter, General Donald Rainsford, one of his military advisors, strides into the room and slides a set of papers across Eric’s desk.

"What the hell is this? I'm busy with these reports on the gold under Lake Caledonia, these scuba divers want to keep it to them selves, Hah!"

"Well we noticed this advertisement, read through these papers please."

A few moments later Eric looks up at Donald annoyed

"So what, it’s a happy drug that makes people want to screw each other. What about it?"

"Well we were thinking, if they can make a 'happy' drug, maybe they could make a drug to benefit our army? You know raise aggression levels, pain tolerance, steady their aim, etc...."

"Really? They could do this?"

"We think so, so I propose we ask them."

"Hmmm.... ok ill do it, thanks bye."

Eric begins to write up a message to Miss Adams when he notices Donald still in the room, he looks up at Donald with the look and Donald gets out of the room in a hurry.

My advisors have informed me of your new development "Lust Dust", after discussion with several of our highest scientists they have hypothesized that it would be possible to use a similar method of drug creation to make a stimulant for military application.

They have concluded that it may be possible to raise aggression levels, steady muscle control, and put the soldiers into a state of euphoria where their pain tolerance levels would be incredibly high. If you believe you would be able to create such a drug we would be happy to order massive quantities for our troops.

"Mr. Stevenson",Spoke Maddison using a video conferance. "If ya were ta visit me. I might be able ta 'elp ya. For a price, o'course. And a few other agreements. I look forward to you visit."

Eric says to himself after receiving the video

"Servants! Have my personal jet ready and contact the top scientists in the nation. Make sure that the jet has plenty of guards, and food. Tell the scientists they can take some equipment but not a lot and not any really big things."

Eric goes off to get ready for the international flight as his servants scurry around following his orders.

A few hours later Eric's personal jet leaves from one of the nations secret air force bases.

Err... can't they just hold their money in their own banks where it's not even concidered a crime to have funds generated from drug sales?

Hell, in Iuthia all drugs are pretty much legal, the social stigma from taking such drugs is low enough so it's not really concidered a bad thing to take them, just not as good as going out and having real fun.

As of yet I've see no reason to bank their money with a nation which would have banks take money from the people storing their funds...

IC: "Tiff, I want you Will and Davie do go down the the airfield and meet Mr. Stevenson and his friends.",Ordered Morrigan from behind her desk as she went over some formulas on her computer. "Make sure that they understand, I don't like being interupted or told I'm wrong."

"No prob, Boss!",Assured Tiffanee with a bright smile. "Come on boys."

Will and Davie, a 21-year old with slicked back blond hair, made moves to follow Tiffanee. Davie gave a two finger salute and Will actually kissed Morrigan. He gave a her a wink and followed the other two out. Will had balls, Morrigan had to admit. And if anyone other then him had done that, they would have lost them. But Morrigan liked Will better then most people, so she let him get away with such things. After musing for a moment, Morrigan returned to her calculations.

Well, the drug has been in the Iuthian market for sometime now, I think it's safe to say that we have only experienced a small amount of related problems with the drug which were down to users misusing the drug in manners which it was not intended... thankfully due to the large amount of information available and good care being taken by the educated populace this has been minimal and it's concidered safer then other Iuthian drugs...

The market for the drug is still devoloping and it's having trouble competing with more common drugs available, however it's doing better then expected and is formally concidered safe by the Iuthian Trade Control people.
