We in the Socialist Federation are hosting a conferance, on behalf of the First Communist International, for Socialist, Communist and Marxist nations. The conferance will be held in Ryydra, Hallad. And, the date is still TBA.

All Delegates will enjoy inpenitrable security, given by the Republican Guard of Hallad, and the Halladi Police.

Sarctic is undoubtedly coming. We will be sending a delegation, but it remains up in the air if the President himself can attend. Our delegation will arrive via plane.

The Aztec National League will be most certainly sending a delegation (partially because we are in the First Communist International.) We look forward to attending.

The Psovian Premier and the Congressional Council will be attending the event personally.

As a member of the Capitalist Defense Alliance, I propose a non-agression pact if you form an alliance.

We doubt any alliance will be born from this meeting. We will, however, advertise the First Communist International in the meeting - and possibly the StR.

Akaeia would like to send a delegate, but Emperor Ioshuad himself is not available. We encourage our fellows to please help break the seige in Doomingsland, considering how very unlikely it is that recent Akaeian aid will even reach the embattled city.

No, it's not to late to join. All delegates are being allowed to join. The conferance will be held Thursaday, September 30th 2004 (RL time).

3:00 on thursday I will still be in a class, but I should be able to get on my comp by 4:00-4:30. After that class I'm free for the day.

Hawaii's delegate has arrived to the conference meeting. Not expecting that the conference will be held tomorrow. The delegate later made a long-distance call, spent 6 dollars, to Hawaii to let us know that the delegate is going to a luxury hotel to stay for the night. The delegate also asks us if we can send a limo to pick him up for the meeting. We permitted the delegate to charge the bills using Hawaii's Government money.

The delegate also received a form to fill. He filled his name, Delegate Dave, and his other personal information. Later, Dave went out to get some food in the nearby plaza. He bumped into a mugger and was mugged. Dave lost $5 mauikus, but still had enough to get what he wanted. Dave wrote:
The streets are clean, the cars seem like they don't use gasoline. The beutiful teenage girls were fine-looking, and looks as my son would want some.
The passionate citizens, offered my plentiful cash. The kind, tough citizens evenutally caught the mugger who tried to mug me and gave me a little extra, $400 US Dollars.
I thanked them. This country is wonderful! I have not seen any grifiti on the old downtown walls, I have not seen any homeless, nor any gangsters.
From 5 out of 5 stars, I rate it a #1 Place to visit from Hawaii. Fashion must be high over here, because the teen girls are in a fashion to turn me on.

I am ready for the convention. Niel Haverway however cannot attend today's meeting because of a scientific breakthrough happening in Yevon of Spira. We have sent James Cyral to take his place.
