For the past 3 months, we have been preparing for this massive assault against ViZion. Our people, along with many others, have grown weary of your psychotic, ego driven behavior. It is time that the world moves on without you, for it shall be a better place. Prepare yourself, the end of your reign is near.

We will not disclose the amount of operatives we have in ViZion at this moment, but rest assured that we will eventually. To preserve the element of suprise, this is not the time for it. A ball park figure would be some where in the mid hundreds.

1.

Four men arrive at the ViZionarian City International Airport. Seemingly harmless travellers, they step slowly off the plane, nodding politely at the flight attendant and pilot. As they enter the terminal, they glance at eachother, then make there way to the crowded baggage claim. As the bags come out, they quickly pick up their back-packs, acknowledge eachothers arrival, synchronize their watches, then walk in separate directions. At approximately 1:15 p.m. the attack will take place. Each backpack was filled with explosives. (Our origin nation allowed us to get through their security.)

The time had come, the 4 men detonated themselves in heavily congested wings of the airport. The explosions ripped through the terminals, fire and smoke billowed from the building. People who didn't die in the blast, ran screaming for their lives. Our righteous war against this horrific enemy has begun.

A van carrying 10 men, along with weapons and explosives, entered a market area in downtown ViZion City at around 10:30 in the morning. They took a step out of the van and took a deep breath of the cool morning air, and glancing at the beautiful clear sky, which wouldn't be fully clear much longer. They quickly grabbed there guns and opened fire on the dense crowds heading along in their business. People shrieked as the bullets entered them, blood was everywhere, running down the sidewalks and streets. Bodies lay cold and lifeless, blood oozing from their bodies. The driver of the van drove the vehicle into the front of a nearby skyscraper, thus setting the bomb off. The hope was that it would damage the supports on the lower levels and cause the building to collapse. The men with the guns ran into nearby shops and set themselves off. Smoke and flames filled the sky, no more was the blue sky visible from this perspective.

Although we have had recent rough spots we pledge assistance to Vizion. We currently have major problems and can not do much but as soon as possible we will send aid.

I support ViZion in this issue. A Terrorist Attack on any nation seems to effect Turetel in some way or another. Also, your nuclear and biological weapons will have a low change of effecting me (I have a huge missile defence system and technology that disables the nuclear or biological section of the missile-and no, this is not god-modding, this is a 201 Trillion Dollar Missile Defence System [continues to go up in cost as upgrades and upkeeps occur]). We pledge support right at this day and time and will send in the 701st Terrorist Counterance Corp,701TCC. Roughly 3,000 men that will spread out and hunt using all information possible that they can gather. Also sending in some SOT (Special Operations Teams) in the amount of 271 men or 4 Outfits.

Unlike nations, which need to do research, build up their nation, etc, terrorists just need to recieve support (harboring, funding, supplies, etc) from other nations and terror organizations, thus they can have it at a very young age...

OOC: You know T/W (Terror of the World)? He was supported by multiple nations... he has hundreds of nukes and bio/chem weapons, along w/ thousands of terrorists world-wide... this could be the new T/W, as if you look him up, T/W is gone... either he's T/W, or T/W is related some how...

Either way, if he got stuff from T/W, he likely has a decent stock pile of weapons, including WMD's. The thing is, he's been expelled from ViZion, so he'd have to use conventional WMD launches at us, which we feel we can defend our selves from quite well, thank you very much. :-D

Liksanifan supports ViZion in it's war on terror and hopes to assist in anyway possible.

We are now ordering all flights entering ViZion to be diverted back to the nation it had departed from. Those who are ViZion citizens will be picked up on special flights. Those who are not a ViZionarian citizen will not be allowed to flight into ViZion at this time. We are also grounding all flights within ViZion at this time. Those who are not ViZionarians are currently being put on special flights back to the nation in which they departed for ViZion from.

We will then be resuming flights within ViZion which will only have ViZionarian citizens on them.

Many people are going underground as the government has requested, though many more feel they should not show their fears to these terrorists, thus they go along with their normal business.

Again, we are deporting all non-citizens of ViZion, returning all flights bound for ViZion, and grounding all flights within ViZion.

IC:The latest messsage has enraged Phalanix even more and our search will begen soon with any known terrorist harboring nations.

The 2nd CCRF was quickly mobilized and placed aboard their C-7 Nebula Transport. The men were hardened veterans of numerous campaigns against Marxist scum all over the world. They had fough in the Jungles of Mozambique and the Urban Sprawl of Roach-Busters against some of the most feared marxist revolutionaries in the world. and now they were going up against child killers.

The thought of killing a child made some of these men of iron sick to their stomach, it was in-comprehensible why one would murder comething as innocent as a child. Against his better judgement the major in command showed a video of the killing on the flight the Vision. The image of a little girl being de-capitated was too much for some soldiers to bear and they broke down in tears, but they were not tears of sadness, they were tears of rage.

After the video, the men went back to sharpening their knives, running through how they would gut and torture these terrorist killers when they got their hands on them.

The plane touched down and taxied to the military terminal. The 50 members of the 2nd CCRF exited the air-craft and quickly boarded waiting buses which would take them to Vision Central Command.

Seneca falls has heard of these attrocities commited by angelic freedoms and will not tolerate it although we are a small nation our soldiers are highly trained guerillas. (not the animal but as in guerilla warfare) Many of the countries that have said they are against AF have said nothing of the maimed and wounded you ViZion have ignored the needs of your people you have kicked out all who are different and ignored the wounded and maimed and the faimilies of the victims. I admire you for standing against these monster but you apparently do not care for your own people. Seneca falls is not in any other conflict and will gladly commit it's entire armed forces to a war with AF once you find them but until that happens I would like to send a civilain relief force consisiting of 300 field medics and a full MASH unit and 100 soldiers to help rebuild. If you do not want my forces in your country I will not send them. The needs of your people should have been the top proirity. Instead you flaunted your military strength and threatend but never once did you do anything to help your people. As for you AF this was a low and dirty way to take revenge. If you believed in your cause then why do you hide and kill civilains. Why didn't you take the pathe of honour and declare war then invaded the country. He slowly begins to pour it on the little boy, who's fate was no different that the girls. They sit there motionless for a long time, with an occassional wince of pain or cry.

The Global Islamic Army commander known simply as The Raven is taking control of the GIA cells working in Jarridia and ViZion. As air travel is not possible, owing to increased security measures, the GIA agents move by land and sea instead.

The Raven is a little-known terrorist mastermind who is noted for his ability to make do with the resources at hand. His most ambitious plot of late was a missile attack on the IDF which failed...a ballistic missile loaded with chemicals that The Raven's operators fired towards the Israelis was shot down by an IDF laser defense shield. Since then, he has lain low and waited for new opportunities to arise. And now the time has come.

Curently there are Phalanix and ViZion forces in Jarridia working to secure any people with a place of people power in the government and military to help stablize the nation. Also along they way they are doing humanitairan aid by helping the sick and wounded.
Also a Eagle Dropship is being dispatched to ViZion to take any of our political officals out. It will be under the flight/radar tag Sky Knight-14 and will be carrying a trio of RS and elites. All we request is that you give us a landing postion that we can pick up our officals and leave quickly.

OCC: The Eagle will be moving in at night so if you wana find a way to make things interesting you can acidentaly fire on it.

Due to a public outcry Seneca Falls is contributing our armed forces in any way neccesary to help bring these terrorists to justice and to help Jarrida...If you need my countries help in any way food medical supplies militia anything just ask and we will be happy to help.

Seneca Falls is also closing it's boarders and because we are a reletively new nation we suspect that AF and it's allies have never heard of our country or had any use for putting agents in it and so we will close our borders but not eject any foreigners...we are also setting up a complete naval perimeter of our island (OOC:Seneca Falls is an island).

We hereby declare that we are siding with ViZion in this conflict, we will not stand here and watch an ally be attacked in such a manner. We are going to fight alongside with them until the end. Angelic Freedom, consider this your warning. If you do not back down, you will meet the full ire of our nation's military, we hope you decide to back to down, and recompensate for your wrongs. If you wish not to do such things, then we will have no choice but to fully destroy and obliterate your nation.

We are declaring an embargo on your nation, no ship nor plane may leave or enter your nation without out first passing our permission. If you see fit to go against this emargo, all ships and planes will be destroyed without second thought.

I am conserned that people who are against AF have done nothing to find them and are wasting valuable military resources attacking a nation that is already crippled and I hope that Neo Wu will realize they folley in their choices. The allied nations who area against AF should concentrate on finding AF and destroying them. As stated before: Seneca Falls will send it's complete military once you have found AF and we will contribute in anyway to bring them down. If any help is needed by ViZion or it's allies we will gladly help.

The bright lights turned on to show a woman in her late 20's sitting tied to the chair. She was a school teacher from ViZion and was captured along with the children. The dark shadowed woman picked up a branding iron from the fire and walked over to the teacher. She held the glowing iron close to the woman's face, and said in an angered tone, "speak!"

The woman sobbed, tears rolling down her face, she could barely get the words out. "Please help us, oh god help us. Free us from this hell.....oh mighty ViZion!"

"Incorrect!" snapped the shadowed woman, "absolutely worthless people, you are."

She took the iron and positioned it in front of the woman's face, who continued to cry. The shadowed woman pushed the brand onto the teachers face, as she shrieked in horror and pain. It made a sizzling sound and smoke arose. When the shadowed woman removed the brand it said AF with a circle around it.

"This ViZion, signifies the fact that I own you now." the shadowed woman laughed evilly as the camera shut off.

The light on the camera turned off signalling that the Emperor was off camera now. He got up and walked away from his desk over to Lord Azrael von Dracwald, his Secretary of State.

In light of the recent threats made to the nation of Neo-Wu by "Jarridia," I have deemed it necessary to inform this nation that Neo-Wu is a member of the Arda Alliance, and therefore Metus as well. Any aggression against them will be dealt with mercilessly.

However...

Upon further investigation I find that Neo-Wu is dangerously close to violating the Metus charter by not seeking Speaker or Councillor permission in aggressing against another nation. We may reserve the right to refuse aid on these grounds if Neo-Wu continues to act in this fashion. Or, we may choose to crush Jarridia, because it's jolly good fun. Depends on what sort of mood the Warlords are in, to be honest.

Should anyone have any questions, the Foreign Ministry will hear them at this time.
