Somewere in Northern Doomingsland, 2100 hours

It was just one of many camps spanning the northern badlands of Doomingsland. The people manning them were either influenced by foreign propaganda, or simply couldn't make it in a capitalist society. These were the weaklings of society, those who had been rejected by a culture that demands strength and power above all else. Inside the camp of an underground communist movement, consisting of nine hundred hundred men, a plan was being formulated to insite revolt in the north...

Their leader, General Joe Gareth, sat at the head of a long table, with a map streched accross it.

"Comrades, you know our goals at bringing the glories of socialism to our beloved Homeland, now I bring before you a plan to accomplsh this noble objective."

The men sat patiently, awaiting the plan to be announced.

"The masses have too much confidence in our evil emporer. We can stop this, but I doubt the men will like it."

"Oh, God, I see were this is going." muttered one of the men, who recieved a harsh look from his peers.

"Comrades, the people to be sacrificed will be killed for a cause more important than any of our lives. That is why this plan is acceptable."

He went on for an hour, describing his plan in detail. It involved siezing various villages, and murdering the indigenous people, then leaving evidence to suggest the murders were carried out by the Imperial Army. The men had their misgivings, but nonetheless agreed after three hours' debate. The plan was to be carried out the next day, but little did they know, they were already comprimised...

An Imperial scout sat in his nest a mile a way, monitering the conversation with his laser mic, transmitting the data to Imperial Intellegence. The only problem was, the nearest unit capable of taking on the enemy force was a day away. They were immediatly ordered into action, hoping to catch the enemy off guard...

Outside the village of Stimovic, Northern Doomingsland, 0900 hours

The Red Army, consisting of 40 T90s, 100 BMP3s and 700 infantry waited over a hill for the word to advance.

Within the village, life dragged on as usual. Nothing new, same old school, same old work. The village contained only 300 men women and children, with all of the men in the militia. They had no reason to be alert, however. What could possibly happen?

That question got an answer to that question, and a very unsatisfactory answer it was. The BMPs rushed over the hill, spraying cannon and machinegun rounds into the buildings and small crowds, followed by the tanks. The first building to fall was an elementary school. Inside it were thirty small children, their hopes and dreams smouthered by a lucky shot from a HEAT round. The infantry dismounted, and began to round up the villagers, and put them in the town square. They were made to sit down, surrounded by men dressed in militia uniforms. They woundered why they were being mistreated in this way by their own countrymen. They didn't have a chance to finish that thought, and the rebels opened fire on the helpless civilians with their AK74s, slaughtering them in a matter of minutes. They then went around, putting a round in the head of every corpse. They left just one alive, an old man, and a veteran of the militia. He would be the one to spread the story to the other villages.

Just as the rebels thought their grusome task was done, they saw a flash in the distance. No, not one, but two, no three. The flashing continued as a T90 errupted in a ball of fire, flinging the turret through the air, and crashing down on a house. Before the rebels could react, the other rounds found their marks, annihilating the armor support in a matter of seconds. Bradleys closed on the village as the communists attempted to put up an effective resistance, but were slaughtered by the sheer anger and ferocity of the soldiers. The battle was over within an hour, nearly all of the communists lie dead. Several prisoners had been taken to be tortured for information.

Doom Valley Prison, Doomingsland

Deep within the prison, in one of many interrogation rooms, a terrified rebel was being beaten for information...

"Tell us! Were are the rest of the camps!"

"Never, capita- ugh!"

He was no more than a bleeding mess by now, and close to the breaking point.

"I'll ask you nicely once more..." he said, taking a knife from his sheath.

"Okay! I'll tell you!" he blurted out. He began to mark locations down on a map.

"Thank you...comrade." with that, he drew his .45, and put the man out of his misery with a shot to the head.

Comand Post, 3rd Tactical Deterant

"Sir, we have launch orders from the High Command." said a young corporal calmly to his CO, a colonel, handing him a paper with the orders, and coordinates. This unit consisted of ten SS-21 Scarab SSM launchers, all of them equiped with Sarin.

"Thank you corporal, that is all."

The corporal saluted, and exited the command vehicle.

An hour later, the missile ramps elevated toward the sky, and prepared to fire.

"And may God have mercy on their heathen souls..." the colonel muttered to himself. The rockets ignited, disappearing in a cloud of smoke, and rocketed towards the air. Five minutes later, the warheads began to come down on the three camps, with three missiles per camp, and one camp recieving an extra warhead. The aerosol warheads detonated over the camps, covering the land in clouds of sarin, killing everyone within five miles.

The camps did not only contain the communist rebels, however, but their families as well. By the time the last warhead detonated, over 3,000 people lie dead in the camps, killed by the deadly chemical agent.

La Habana is appalled by Doomingsland's government's belligerent breach of human rights! The use of chemical weapons against civilians is absolutely appalling! La Habana demands that no more atrocities like this occur, as they directly contravene International Law!

The Goverment of Terronian, has many times over, stopped nations who have used chemical weapons. You, have just commited an act ptoving that you are not responsible enough to hold chemical weapons. Chances are your military was more then prepared to destroy the rebels, however a chermical strike on them, and civilians. *shakes head*. We demand the turnover off all of your chemical weapons for proper destruction and the right to send in Terronian Weapon Inspectors. Failure to comply will result in your overthrowment, and many marines upon your doorstep.

Despite your false claims, i have evidence to suggest that more than a thousand innocent civilians were killed by your weapons. It may well have been in response to an attack, but no action taken by these rebels can require such a dramatic response. As a sidenote, anyone who purposefully murders innocent men, women, and children will find themselves black-listed. I hate disclosing this information, but I feel like I need to make a point here.

We have 100 surveillance Satellites with orbital missle strike capabilities. 80 of them are in orbit above the dictatorship of doomingsland. (http://img33.exs.cx/img33/6672/EmpireSpyMissleSatelite.jpg)

The missles are each equipped with a non-lethal EMP warhead. Each of those warheads have the effective range of a Hydrogen bomb & will absolutely fry everything with the slightest dependence on electricity (http://img44.exs.cx/img44/969/HB-20SSM.jpg)

The satellites are in stealth mode at the moment, so don't bother wasting valuable resources trying to find them. Once they are out of stealth mode, you have close to 5 minutes to knock as many of them out before they launch the missles. The missles will release the warheads & act as decoys once the warhead is aimed at the targets correctly.

You'll probably knock out most of the satellites , And you'll probably knock out their missles before they can release the warheads: you can't knock them all out. Just one hit can severely weaken your chain of command.

Let an unbiased democracy evacuate the rebels & bring them to their form of justice for any crimes they may have commited other than being commies and pissing you off in the process. Otherwise: I'll leave you with nothing but pitchforks & torches for a good century & a half. And the rebels will still be evacuated.

Also, do not bother trying to attack us, as we're watching every last move you make. We'd counter your attacks before it even got underway.

I I think you underestimate the capability of my space defense system.

Who says they have to be launched by orbital systems?

OOC:OK, first of all, that's a total and complete godmod. Its nearly impossible to hide a satelite, as its an orbital piece of metal, and I could spot them with telescopes, so your plan is screwed that way. Secondly, your too young to have that many satelites, or even EMP for that matter. And finnaly, as soon as you tried something with those things, I'd nuke you immediatly(ICBMs are EMP hardened, as are my silos)

And if you tried to lauch them without orbital systems, I'd shoot your missiles down with my SDI system, and nuke you. So as far as I'm concerned, your just bluffing.
