The Democratic Republic of PhockHugh proudly announces the refocusing of its governmental defense and research spending toward the development of a mobile ground based laser driven anti-missile/aircraft platform.
Top scientist Leon Andropov was quoted today as saying "Imagine a mobile laser that can take out incoming missiles and aircraft with ease -- up to 60 of them at a time. Dream no more, as a project under development is out to prove that a mobile laser anti-missile system is not only a cool proposition, but an economical one."
