A group of Al Qaeda terrorists, hiding out in Taliban is believed to be plotting acts of terror against Decisive Action, IDF, Whittier, Hataria, and Canan. It is not known which of these nations are actually the targets only that they are on the list. The attacks may involve bus hijackings and or suicide or car bombings.
All nation's are advised to up their security levels. We have not the ability to track these terrorists down and stop them before they carry out these attacks. We only know what they are going to do cause of informants. The best we can do is pass the information on to the international community.

If you allow us we will set up to 4 military bases in Taliban to protect you against the terrorists and train your soldiers. We also ask to have control over your army so we can train them even better and it will be much easier for us to carry out operations against the terrorists. We will supply weapons but not WMDs because we do not want to poison the environment.

As devoutedly anti-terrorist, King Michael has authorised the use of extreme force in neutralising such terrorist cells as exist in your nation. As such, I am required to offer you the full reconnaisance capabilities of MAFCC and Orbital Command. Should the need arise, small teams of SOC troops can be inserted to engage known terrorists, and train your troops in basic guerrilla warfare, as well as how to defeat it. These teams will be protected by our entire military, and should the become endangered, we will do all in our power to protect them.
