Approximately 106 divisons of Federal soldiers are shifting out of Mississippian Egypt and heading back to Mississippi as the size of the federal garrison goes from over 210 divisions to about 104 divisions. However the size of the Commonwealth Mississippian Egyptian Army will be increased from 196 divisions to 265 divisions, and the air force and navy of the Commonwealth Armed Forces will also be greatly increased

The Czar Roger Fabus has ordered massive increases in the amount of stock of IG Virus and IG-BS Virus, as well as the main nerve agents (VX, GD, GA, GB), and biological agents Anthrax and Ebola. He has also ordered an increase in the naval size. This has been an ongoing process ever since the economy boomed and topped anything it reached under the Curtis Fabus government. The navy is receiving a large part of the new funds allocated for the armed forces.
