24-09-2004, 01:35
Today, the United States has embarked on an amitious project to seek out proof of the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations.
We will be building 500 radio telescopes each with a diameter of 45ft.
The telescopes will scan all frequencies in the range 500 to 15,000 MHz simultaneously. The project should pick up the slightest radio signal from another star system if there is one.
Each telescope will be equipped with a specially designed compound radio eyeball that will scan 10 areas of the sky simultaneously.
The project will cost the government at least 350 billion pacific dollars.
We are looking for international partners interested in joining this project and allowing us to place a few telescopes in their nations.
At the moment we are looking for nations in north america, south america, north and south africa, antartica, australia, east asia, the middle east, russia, east europe, western europe, and the artic regions.
