The Black Republikan Army has entered the US of A through the Southern Tier, Attacking US Military Outpost. It is widely believed that the B R A is supplied and supported by the Government of the Southern Tier.
Warlords Chief Black Wolf, and Chief Corn Husk have used the diplomatic immunity granted to them as a cover to launch their Pre Emtive war against the U S of A, citing the Arrest and Abuse of a captured corps of B R A comrades who where in the US recruiting disgruntled Ethnic Blacks who have yet to move to the Southern Tier.
President Push has vowed to wipe out the B R A's 5th Collum living in the US, and has proposed the use of Black Codes to reel in all suspect B R A members. Vice Pres Kanni has been going from state to state trying to gain the support of the Black Commnity and reassuring them that the Black codes is strictly for the Destruction of the B R A.
