The United Republic Of Kyleralia Opens Alliance with The Empire of Ruler Danny

It had been discussed before but never put into action. Kyleralia and The Empire of Ruler Danny were good friends so the President along with The Parliament made a hopefullly good decision. President Kyle Agreed with this alliance and quickly wrote a note to Ruler Danny.
My Fellow Nation,
I have realized that diplomatic relations with your nation have never been bad but I would like to make them better. I am proposing a possible alliance to you. If you would like our two nations can become good friends and aid each other in war and disaster under an official alliance. If you accept please write back and I would like to have a conferance here in Kyleralia.

2 Lincoln Navigators pulled out of Kyoto Palace followed by 2 Jaguars. They arrived and just as they got To the Airport President Dannys plane landed and they greeted him as he got off the plane.

The Cars pulled out of the airport and were soon At Kyoto palace due to a change they didnt go to the Kyleralian Royal Parliament.
President Danny stepped out of the car and The President greeted him
" Hello there my friend, yes havent seen you in a loooooong time. Well insince you have never been here before welcome to The Capital of Kyleralia, Kylesburgh City."
The two presidents walked up the steps to Kyoto palace and entered in. They walked down a couple of doors and they were finally in a conference room with The Presidents Cabinet.
" Ah Well I am so eager to start an alliance but first I would like to have an embassy exchange and we can talk over an alliance treaty."
