Muru opens embassy's
The Dominion of Muru has undergone a recent leadership change with the death of the old Emporor from cancer. The new Emporor wishes better diplomatic relations with the outside world, and so now seeks to form embassys in other countries (and vice versa).
Are there any nations willing to open diplomatic contact?

OOC: Oh comon, just because we've gotten involed in more conflicts then most nations do in x3 the time dosn't mean we can't be good allies. :)

The Borderlands of Tioszaea accepts your invitation, and a chopper will depart for Muru as soon as we receive verification. Your representatives / ambassadors are welcome to choose a site for your embassy as well.
With a population of only 8 million, you can never have too many allies. :D
