Notice issued from Damien Sleighter Leader of the Dictatorship of Indisputed Rulers:
"Today is the last day we will allow our country to remain unpure. I have seen many disgusting portrayals of citizens in this country that have made me sick to my stomach. This has drawn me to the conclusion that something must be done! I will not sit around and allow my country to harbor filth and optimistical guises that try to brainwash my citizens. So today is the day we start the purification. There will be no more left-wing Democrats or any other political parties with views different from that of my own, there will be no more crim in my country. My nation will not be seen as a home to criminals and terrorists! Stealing, rape, molestation, murder, practicing religion, and many other heinous crimes will now be enforced by The Black Veil my new domestic army, if caught commiting or reported of any of these crimes you will be immediately sentenced to death and the Black Veil will enforce this ruling immediately. These crimes will be put to an end and my people will not disgrace this Nation any longer. Do not fear the Black Veil unless you are a criminal, anarchist, or opposition of my fair and just rule. Now fellow patriots rejoice at being a secure and safe nation once again."
'The Black Veil consisted of some of Damien Sleighter's most devoted followers. It was ironic that they had been sent to enforce justice in this nation, because they were some of the biggest meanest and mentally unstable murderers Damien could find. Damien knew that if he was ever going to forcibly take his country back he would need a group of cold-blooded mindlessly devoted followers that would follow and fight for him until past the gates of hell. These men would enforce justice and kill anyone else who had a problem with it. "Go my puppets put on your play because when the time comes all will pay." Sleighter sat in his high-backed chair watching the admitting of a new seat in the United Nations and the joining of his new region The Nihilistic Fascist World Front. This pleased Damien because he could now let his propaganda be heard to all nations and spread his reign throughout the world.
