If some-one has an RP within their nation, like the communist murder one that popped up a moment ago. When people open those threads is it okay to come in an just RP as a citizen of that country or are things like that usually invite only?

The best way to go about it is to ask the ones who started the RP, and see what they'd prefer :)

Yea I did kinda think that, I was just wondering if there was some universily accepted general rule.
