Now, before anyone comments on it, yes I do know the adage "for want of a nail". My military is indeed developing a logistics network concurrent and conmeasurate with its combat forces (approximately 35 percent of my military's personnel are direct support, with 10 percent administrative support).
That said, I'd like to have some suggestions about how to direct my military. It's going to be combined arms, yes, with an emphasis on infantry. Considering I don't intend to deploy troops internationally beyond peacekeeping missions (should such rp opportunity arise), I don't really have need to emphasise assault forces.
I do intend to field several "Division" sized forces, ultimately, but I'd like some commentary on what's a good way to go about it. My "frontline" forces will feature good tech, such as LAVs and fairly modern MBTs, but I'd be appreciative if someone could comment on a good ratio of advanced:average tech, and some logical organisation for my units at the Regimental level.
