Ooc- Note that these court cases all occurred in secret in the People's Ministry of Justice building. They are only well-known to the staff and such.

Ic:

Location: People’s Ministry of Justice Center, Jackson City.

Date: August 4th, 2002.

Victoria Fabus was walking through the massive building, built on Greek and Roman designs and occupying a massive 400,000 sq feet on 500 acres of land in the center of Jackson City. She was the minister of Justice, entrusted with seeing that the guilty didn’t go free, and that the innocent, well nobody going before her was assumed to be innocent. The motto of the justice department was engraved in marble on a massive block in the front lobby, “Guilty until proven innocent”.

The minister of justice entered the courtroom, the defendant was pushed in front of her bench, she had ordered his belt be taken, so “He cannot hang himself with it”. But in actuality, she just wanted his pants to fall to humiliate the man further. The voice of Victoria Fabus echoed throughout the courtroom, “Enter your plea, you swine.”

The defendant said, “Not guilty, I plead not guilty.”

She gasped, “Are you calling the government liars for charging you with treason?”

He was hesitant to answer, “I am merely saying the charges against me… Might be…” His voice was very meek, “Wrong…”

Her smile turned to a frown, and then back to a smile, “He’s guilty. Hang him, next!”

Two RG men dragged him out into the courtyard to hang him, he was shouting as they dragged him from the room, “I want a lawyer! I want my phone call, this isn’t a trial, I don’t recognize this court as legitimate! God damn you all!”

The next defendant was brought in, Victoria glared at him, “Did you write this book?” She held up a copy of “Evolution: Man’s Search For His Origins.”

He was very reluctant to answer, “I… uh… I might have?”

She barked at him, “Is this your name on the cover!?”

He nodded his head, she immediately replied in a callous tone, “Hang him. Next!”

The RG dragged him out to be hanged, he was shouting, “The truth shall overcome, the genesis is wrong!”

The next defendant was a jewish man (ooc- there were still jews in Mississippi at the time, only a few, but still some) who had refuse to hang an Israeli flag in his store window so whites could easily boycott him and not give him their business.

Victoria looked at him, “name?” He replied, “Samuel Weinberg.” She started to chuckle and laugh, before proudly boasting her reply, “Guilty.” He started shouting, “But you haven’t even charged me, or read the charges, or heard my defense, what sort of court is this?”

She replied, “Matthew 27:25, “His blood be on us and our children” you’re guilty, have a nice life, or what remains of it. Hang him!”

The man was dragged out of the courtroom by two RG men, they promptly hanged him from the rafters of the gymnasium as the courtyard trees were getting full from the earlier hangings from Victoria and other judges.

The next defendant brought in, was a white woman who had delivered a mulatto (Half-black, half white child)

Victoria sighed, “Tell me, how did this happen?”

The woman replied, “I guess the child was darker than usual, after all, we’re all the same…”

Victoria cut her off, “Silence, whore! You have broken some of our highest laws and now debase our race to the level of the nig—r. Euthanasia is the prescribed punishment for the mulatto. I will leave it to the RG doctor present to decide in what manner to dispose of the child. I will also allow the doctor to consider simply sterilizing the child and deporting him to relatives in foreign nations.” She turned to face the woman, “As for you, whore… You shall hang…” She turned to the guards, “Hang her.”

Victoria called out to the guards and others present, “We shall break for two hours for lunch and midday prayers, court shall resume at approximately 1:30, be prompt. Any defendants not ready when called will have a plea of guilty entered automatically.”

She stood up and walked back to her chambers, all rose as the guards motioned for them to rise with their MP-5s.

((OOC: Short and efficient, nice. Heh, but instead of saying you're guilty, you should say, you're fired, and use some sort of floor trap thing to make em fall on spikes. Ya...))

One of the most infamous cases of Victoria Fabus, internationally known, broadcasted via the People's Justice Network and the White People's Radio and Television Network.

Location: Jackson City, People's Ministry of Justice.

Date: August 14th, 2004.

Defendants: 4 Mississippian blacks who tried to stop, with force, a lynching of six West African blacks by a mob of whites. Four white men were seriously injured, and two were killed.

Victoria was sitting in her elevated position, the Mississippian flag and the WKM flag draped on the wall behind her. The camera watched as the four defendants were brought into the courtroom. The spectators fell silent, one of the children present broke the silence, "Look at the nig--rs mommy!" They were all chained and the guards kept their MP-5s trained on them. This was the “People’s Ministry of Justice”, but what justice could these men expect here?

They were all seated and Victoria emotionlessly read the first charge:

“Charge one, lewd conduct”.

Her tone changed to a growing anger, “Charge two, assaulting a white male.”

Her tone grew violently angry, “Charge three, murdering white men.”

She continued reading charges, six dozen in total.

This was a jury trial, and the jury was growing restless, one of the men, a dirty unshaven man with a reddened neck, wearing a shirt that read, “WKM: We Kill Marxists” and a hat that read, “Chew Fabus Premium” spoke up after he spat a stream of tobacco juice towards the attorney for the defense, “Ya honor, I reckon none of us here got the time for dis sorta thing, I gotta git back to the farm and git to work in the fields befer the frost come down from them yankee states. Can’t we just lynch dem der boys and git on with our lives?”

Victoria sighed as she replied to the man, “Sir, as much as I’d like to grant your request, this is a court of law and we have procedures to follow before we either let them go, incarcerate them, or hang them.”

One of the defendants shouted, “Ju all be fascist pigs! Dis hair be a kangaroo court! God gonna strike ju crackas all down!”

Every juror and member of the audience gasped, jaws dropped. One of the men in the audience uttered only one sentence, “A nig—r invoking the name of our Lord!” Victoria immediately pointed to the man, “He is guilty, hang him!”

The RG guards present promptly dragged the man out of the courtroom, he was shouting the entire time, “Fascist pigs! Ju white devils gonna burn, ju gonna burn!”

Victoria allowed the first defendant, the one labeled the ring-leader, to rise and give his own account of what happened.

(Black 1) “Yo honor, if it please da court, I likes ta first o all pleads inn-o-sent.”

She glared at him, “you’ve already pled not-guilty, if you’d pled guilty, we’d be in the sentencing phase and there’d have been no trial.”

(Black 1) “Uh huh… Sorry der, ah didn’t’s realize dat dair about dis hair trial. Ahs ain’ used to des cracka show trials dat you all is putting on fer dem cameras.”

Victoria glared at him again, fuming with rage, “Listen nig—r, either present your defense or I’ll have you hanged immediately.”

(Black 1) “Sorry der, mama always be telling me dat I get’s off da topic and ah ain no good with no speechings. Ah get right backs ta da poin’ of dis argument.”

(Victoria) “Make it quick… We haven’t got all day, my children will be waiting for me to get home. Let’s hurry this along shall we?”

(Black 1) “Yessum ma’am, ah’s be moving right along, we ain’, not guilty…”

Victoria saw her opportunity and pounced, “You ain’t not guilty? So you are not, not guilty… Therefore you must be guilty? Is that right?”

He shook his head rapidly, “Ju hona, I means ah ain guilty, surely a white hoe as fine as jurself knows that we bruthas ain’ always down wit da latest shit in dem English grammas rules and dem der vocabulary shit.”

She shook her head and sighed, “Proceed.”

He started to pace back and forth in front of the bench, “Well ju hona, I ain’ guilty.. Because dem white devils was trying to hang…”

The prosecution jumped up, “Objection, he can’t legally or ethically refer to them as white devils, it’s overtly offensive! I want him held in contemp!”

Victoria sighed, “sustained, please enter it into the record that the nig—r should be held in contempt, but won’t be, for concerns of time.”

She glared at the black, “Now listen here, nig—r boy, you’d better make it a point to avoid using offensive language, this is a court of law, not some back alley dice game in the ghetto.”

He nodded his head, “Ah sorry ju hona, ah ain’ too well wit da membering stuff, my dad be a sharecropper an’ when I be jus’ a young one, a dang mule kick me upside o da head, believe it o not.”

She shook her head, “I’m tempted to kick you upside the head, so I can believe a mule did it. Now move along with your defense.”

He smiled and continued, “Now ju all probably knows dat ah and dem uda negroes ain guilty by no strech of da maginatshun, but ju all be ray-zist again da bruda, an ah ain specting no fair trial from ju all. But ah’s gotta make it knowed dat dem white boyz we shoot up wit dem guns was bout to lynch brudas from Africa, and we ain wanna see dem inn-o-sent brudas lynched up from da tree branch fo’ ain’ duing nufen.”

Victoria grinned, “So you admit, you shot the deceased and the injured whites?”

He nodded, “Yes ju hona, we shooted up dem white boyz, but ah done tells ju, it bes self-dofence.”

Victoria looked at the clock, this “Trial” had been going on for over two hours, she was tired of it and wanted it over.

She turned to the jury, “You will deliberate on this and bring me back a verdict, if you cannot achieve a verdict, I will allow the prosecution to motion for a directed verdict.”

The jury silently filed out of the room, they walked into the cafeteria, each man drank a bottle of soda, then they walked back into the courtroom.

They had been gone for five minutes when they returned, the jury, all twelve white males, walked back in to cheers of “Guilty! Hang them!”

Victoria asked the jury, “Have you reached a verdict?”

The foreman rose, “We find the nig—rs guilty.”

She chuckled, “Which ones?”

He replied, “All of them, your honor.”

She nodded, “Good.” Then she turned to face the squad of guards now assembled, “Hang them!” was all she said, before she turned and walked back to her chambers to get ready to go home.

Ooc

We don't subject good white folks that tow the party line to this justice system. These are all court cases, the last few of the blacks in our nation were traded to a nation looking to get rid of right-wing whites. We gassed over 50 million undesirables a few NS years back (the entire non-white population was either gassed or deported)

As for contributions to our society. Blacks (8%) of the population contributed the following.

1) Using 75% of all government assistance programs.
2) Comprising 95% of all felons in prisons
3) Committing over 300,000 rapes against white women per year.

Those three things were prior to the 1984 revolution of Curtis Fabus.

Check my fact book, post 3 or 4, to see what the nation was like before Fabus, and what his accomplishments were.

The point is our work force wasn't affected. If anything, we basically cut a tumor, a leech, a parasite, from the side of the body of the worker.

All people are workers, if one worker is removed, system must be shifted to fill gap they once held. Howevever, if they are merely vagrents then yes, they are a leech.

OOC:

Congratulations on being an idiot regarding industrial production.

You ended up wasting good rope to kill:
-Some random dissident who could be sent to reeducation camps
-A scientist
-A Jew
-Some random woman
-A bunch of black men who killed a gang trying to murder them

Seriously, you just caused the loss of four people that were a part of your population, reducing your overall economic capacity, and a few guys that could be sent to the military.

Ever heard of something called "for want of a nail..."?

In Tyrandis, we do things differently: It's called "slave labor"

Ooc- Since Curtis Fabus and his 4 parachute divisions were able to smash 38 black and marxist white divisions in 1984, he decided that they were of limited military value.
