Being a nation of gun-weilding lunatic barbarians, the Ork tribes that make up the Greenskinz have a rather simple ranking system.

Ork Army Heirarchy
At the bottom are the slaves. These are usually prodded infront of the army to absorb incoming fire, or deter enemy fire (tieing captured soldiers onto tanks for example).

The next step up are the Boyz, who are the rank and file Orks. They fulfill basically every combat role on the battlefield, from ground-pounding infantry to piloting fighta-bomberz.

The closest things Orks have to NCOs and officers are the Nobz. They are typically Boyz who managed to fight their way to the top of the pecking order. Like Boyz, they fill a wide range of roles, from "platoon" sargeant to a Warboss's personal guard. Like all Orks, a Nobz's position depends on how strong, brutal, or cunning he is.

Then come the Warbosses. These can be thought of as the "generals" of an Orkish army, and are even more fearsome than the Nobz. Luckily, for the most part they are just as tactically inept, relying on brawn to maintain their position.

At the very top of the Ork military is the Warlord. Titles vary from clan to clan, as Warlords are fond of bestowing fearsome names upon themselves. One example is Grand Cleava' Hurog Half-troll of the Fleshcleaver Clan, who led the ill-fated WAAGH! against the United Federation of Planets.

The Ork Space Navy
Naval heirarchy closely resembles that of the Army. Orks have no ranks such as midshipman, ensign, admiral, commodore, etc. Instead, the commanders of Ork vessels are always known as Kaptains, but these can be anything from Nobz to Warlords.

LRR's ranks are somewhat general and fluid, but here's what they should be officially:

Army:

Private
Corporal
Seargent
Platoon Seargent
Sub-Lieutenant
Lieutenant
Captain
Major
Colonel
Division General
Corps General
Front General

Navy:

Tar
Midshipman's mate
Midshipman 2nd class
Midshipman 1st class
Ensign
Sub-Lieutenant
Lieutenant
Commander
Captain
Flotilla Admiral
Group Admiral
Admiral of the Fleet

(Airforce is the same as army).

In the army, privates are the general rank-and-file. Corporals are usually in charge of perhaps an artillery piece or ATGM, and an APC commander must be at least a corporal. Regular Seargents are in charge of a squad of 10 men, while platoon seargents are the platoon commander's subordinate. Lieutenants usually command platoons (3 squads), while Sub-Lieutenants are usually in charge of vehicles or artillery batteries.

Captains command companies of three platoons, Majors command batallions of four companies, Colonels command Brigades of four batallions, and Division Generals command divisions of four to six batallions. A corps general commands whatever is designated a corps (usually a few divisions slapped together), and a Front General commands a front, which consists of everything in a particular area. They are usually only in charge of home defense.

Tioszaea's military is too, combined into one. These are the following ranks for the army, navy, & air force.

Private
Private Major
Corporal
Corporal Major
Sergeant [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Sergeant Major
Warrant Officer [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Warrant Officer Major
Colonel [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Colonel Major
Marshall [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Marshall Major
Captain [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Captain Major
Commodore [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Commodore Major
Lieutenant [1st, 2nd, 3rd]
Lieutenant Major
Admiral
Admiral Major
General
General Major
Supreme General

This is in ascending order, Private being the lowest and Supreme General being the highest. Thus, a 1st Colonel is higher than a 2nd Colonel, just as that 2nd Colonel is higher than a 1st Sergeant.

OMZIAN HOMELAND DEFENCE FORCE (OHDF) AND OMZIAN NATIONAL GUARD -- MILITARY RANKS

The Omzian ranks are much loosely based on those of the United States, with some modifications. The ranks does also apply to the Omzian Militia, but the ranks' descriptions does not necessarily fit in those cases.

Grade
Omzian Army Rank
Omzian Marine Corps Rank
Omzian Air Force Rank
Omzian Navy Rank
(NCO = Non-Commissioned Officer)

Enlisted: Omzian Army enlisted personnel between E-5 and E-7 are either an NCO (Corporal, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant) or a non-NCO personnel (Specialists - yearly salary is same as their NCO counterpart), depending on their MSOS number (Mission-Specific Occupational Speciality). Navy enlisted personnel E-4 (Petty Officer 3rd Class) and up, whom have their specific MSOS number, will also have the name of their speciality rating with their rank (e.g. Photographer Petty Officer 3rd Class). NCOs are gaven additional responsibilities especially of those who are attached to command elements. The jobs of the equivalent of the American E-9 ranks (such as Master Sergrant of the Army) are performed by selected Omzian E-9 personnel.

Warrant Officers: Warrant officers are highly skilled specialists, whom are drawn from the higher enlisted NCO ranks. Many of those are also assuming Officer in Charge positions, and they often have a higher expertise than even the senior NCOs. These officers, despite less power, authority, and responsibilities compared to actual commissioned officers, are still commissioned in the same way as "real" commissioned officers. Example of Warrant Officers include helicopter crews in the Omzian Army. There tends to be more roles for Warrant Officers in the Army, as the other services, including the Navy-influenced NIC, prefer to assign such jobs to junior commissioned officers.
Furthermore, all cadets that are still in the Omzian Military Academies (with the exception of those in the Cadet Preparatory Training Program available in universities) but are transferred into active service for preparatory trainings, receive the rank of warrant officer.

Notes: The O-11 rank, unlike the equivalent in the American system, is a special rank, as they are responsible for the command of all Omzian forces, and has the ability to declare martial law and control the nation along with the government in times of emergency. Although this is enacted only in wartime with both Senate and Parliament, no rank of this level has ever been assigned ever since the end of the Liberation War.

INSIGNIA

http://www.rankinsignia.info/show.php?stat=China&podkategorie=Jun%20Dui%20-%20PeopleĀ“s%20Liberation%20Army&num=2&id=235

The Omzian insignia are very similar those of the Chinese PLA in the 1988-1993 time period. The same system is used, though horizontal stripes are still present even for those of the higher enlisted ranks (with the addition of another "wide" strip). The colouring is the same with the Navy and Marine Corps being black, the Air Force being dark blue, and the Army being very dark brown. Insignias for officers are also similar to those of the PLA, with the dress uniform type being yellow, but also with the red lines replaced by the corresponding colours (for example, Air Force officers has dark blue lines), while field uniform shoulder insignias still retain their own colour.
The insignia for officers above O-6 are also similar, though the O-11 insignia has a red star and the Omzian national emblem. It is an interesting fact that the stars on all dress uniform insignias of these levels are amde of silver.
Furthermore, the insignia for warrant officers are similar to those of the PLA officer cadet insignia, with the yellow colour (also with the border having the corresponding colours), while silver-colour stripes are added to show the different levels of the ranks.
