Recently, our school's budget rates dropped in programs and the drop was really aggressive. School programs have been cancelled and some students find dropping out better, Math, English and History classes have been cancelled and our Education level has dropped down. Our nation had the best schools, now that has dropped.

The Government is putting all the money it can into recovering it although we require finacial assistance.

The Japanese People humbly accept the offers given by the great generous nations that helped them. Most of the college students will be transferred to foreign colleges, but will get the privileges to transfer back after the Education system is back to the top if they want to.

The Japanese People would also like to pay back both nations in seperate payments for they donated to us.

We can help the quality of educational programs in another way. The Seilaan City Educational Bureau and the University of Haejong (UHJ) wish to establish student exchange programs with The Japanese People for high school and college students. We will cover all costs of programs for both our exchange students and your exchange students while they are in Haejong territory, if you cover the costs for your students on their home soil. We believe that these programs hold much potential for improving cultural awareness and quality of education for both of our nations.
