a total of 7 people rose there hands, most of them right wingers but Kimiko new it was to little for the bill to pass. "All agenst" The head speaker sead, 10 hands rose into the air.
"The bill fails" The head speaker sead, a few hours later outside the High senate the press had gathered. Kimiko was walking down the steps when she saw them, her body guards were all around her. "ahh shit" she sead as the press moved towards her shouting questions at her.
"will you fight the senates ruleing?" one sead.
"of corse" she snaped back.
"Will you lift the ban of Religion in public as in meny of the JSFP states all but Cristains are not allowed to show there faith" another reporter sead
"i shall not lift the ban, nothing will stop the Japanese people" she sead then getting into her car.

"ahh Commander i take my troops are ready?" she asked looking at the man inside the car.
"yes and most of the other states will follow, over 35% of the Army will join us, 15% of the airforce and 40% of the navy in the Self defence force. in the Expodtion force just over 20% of the ground forces will join us, 5% of the Navy and 30% of the Airforce will join us. That gives us a total of 55% of the army, 45% of the navy and 45% of the airforce. not bad if i may say so myself" he sead.
"good good" she replyed.

"well that went well didnt sir" Akira sead with a sligh smile.
"mmm...maby but i dont trust General Kimiko she took it to well...well all the bans will be lifted in 2-3 months so...we will see" Masami replyed looking out at the city, "it only feels like yesterday that we where fighting for our inderpendace from the old currupt goverment, now we might be faceing such a war again. Make shore JSSDF is on aleart."
"may i ask why?" Akira asked, his eyes looking right at Masami.

Masami was getting old he was now 59 years old but still strong, he still wore the Long coat and the Kavlar vest under it and the shades. He never trusted anyone ever and at this time it was no less, he looked round. "Akira, your my oldest friend what would you do if you where in Kimicos shoes" Masami asked.

"this is JSNN, the Religion ban that was rejected and forced all states to lift theres with in 5 months, here in Tokyo II Islands (4 states) and in Koyto state, Aomorl State and Fukuoka northen State it has not been lifted. Massive Protests had started but were stoped when police fired tear gas and live rounds into the crowds. reports comeing in is that over 200 people injured and 32 dead, the Presidant has declared a state of emergancy and demands the rebal states to comply"

Inside Kimico's manor she and her High ranking commanders sat talking of plans about what was to follow.
"there going to try and hit the Missile site first" one of them sead, they where all wearing new uniforms, black with a new Flag on it.
"yes but general Kisshomaru you have to remeber that there not stupid and know that the Isoroku Missile are able to fire within 10 minutes." Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto sead looking down at the reports.
Kimico stood up "then we must boost the Boarder defences and make shore the islands are sacure. There only way in is by naval deploy ment since we control all the Para Divsions, its time we took a grab for power" she sead "General Chuichi Nagumo, order a few millita to cross the state lines and attack small towns and villages. Also have the Armored Divsion and the Infentry Divsion ready...its time for war its time to get ride of the Filthy scum of the ethnics only the white and Japanese will be in Japanese States not the islamics, Chinese and others who plague our nation."
The people around her jumped up and shouted "hail Nagatomi" and placeing there right hand on there left sholder flat, with the base of the hand (where the wrist started) at the top of the Sholder, the fingers pointing up and the thumb tucked in behind the palm of the hand.

Small village 3 miles east of Koyto/Neo Tokyo State border

The village was small no more then 100 people all famers, the village was a mixed village mostly Ethnic minoritys. It was perfect target for the small band of Milltia, Sargent Haru Nagumo son of General Chuichi Nagumo was in command of the small 40 strong platoon of millita men each armed with LA-85 Assault Rifle 4 clips, 2 frag Grenades, and 1 white Phosphorus grenade.
Haru was young only 19 but true supporter of what Kimiko, he had black hair and was vary well built and good looking. He held his fist up and the other people stoped as they got close to the edge of the forest, he looked round and saw people out and about in the small village. He signaled to his captians to move round and attack, with in 5 minutes they were in postion and so he gave the order.
The opened fire cutting up a young woman and her son, throwing grenades into the huts. They move fast and once they took control rounded up the surviveing people, took a few of the women and raped them brutaly then shot them. Then men who tryed to stop the Millita doing this where shot right away, and when they finished rapeing and randomly killing people what was left of the gathered villiagers were to have a nasty fate installed.
Each of the millita men took there WP grenades and throw them at the group of villagers watching them burn laughing as the did it. In the end they just shot who was left no one survied the slaughter and when Goverment troops got there it was to late.

More of the same attacks happened across all Goverment/Rebal State borders, the Presidant had no Choice...Civil war was declared and goverment troops readyed for war.

You yourself said you would sacrifice the nation to save the region." she replied. It was true.
"Kelly, get the Whales to devert to thier capital." he said stirnly. Before typing on the Black Box, she asked him "Which capital?" A serious question.
Making a good point, he replied "Lets help the Facists, they seem to have thier stuff straight, plus they should prove a good equal for the capitalists in the region." he said. "Homerun for helosim," his Councilari said mockingly.

Along the northen/southen States border

outside a small town called Garaski, the 12th marine Regiment (1440 troops) and the 5th Armor Regiment moved towards the town. The tanks rolled slowly along the main roads and across the farm lands, meny slowed to a stop then started to bombard the town. Garazaki was completely surounded and under light to medium fire, when the marines moved in.
Commander Tara Kojima was 21 years old, vary good looking with long brown hair and vary smart. She was part of the 2nd Marine Divsion that was ordered to sacure the Gingasko Provance in Southen Fukuoka for the Kimiko Regime, this was to be the finest hour for Tara it was the first time she had be in command of an Operation like this. Admitedly it was only small but still, to command such amounts of troops for the first time was breath takeing.
The Marines had made a small base north of the town, most of the outside villages had been taken or destroyed and the based had been made in the ruins of one such village.
"Commander The Armor Companys report there in postion and are bombarding the town now." Lt Sargent Konishi said.
"good, 2 days into the fight and now we get into the town, any report from the Artillary Corps?" Tara asked.
"yes, General Suzuki reports he will be here in 2 days. also Commander Terauchi says he will be able to get 2 Infentry Regiments here in 3 days" Lt Sarg Konishi reported.
"vary well vary well, order the Regiment to sacure the area i dont want anymore Goverment troops getting into that town" she ordered. Arata Konishi saluted and shouted "Hail Nakatomi" as he did.

Inside the town
General Fumihiro Kurosawa was in charge of the 5th Infentry Divsion that was scattered across the Gingasko Provance, this battle wasnt looking good for him. So far he had lost over 2000 men and women and had no air support or reinforcements, he was heavyly out numbered and knew all he could do was dig in for now.
"General, there here..." an explodtion rock the building and the major was throwen to the floor, "well you can see" he said.
"shit...get the morters going, have what remaining troops we have in the 6th regiment tkae over in surounding building, i want cross fires in cross roads. Snipers running around the town takeing out what they can, god dam it im not haveing another lose to my name in this god for saken civil war." Fumihiro said looking at the maps, as he planned for the comeing war. what worried him most was the fact that there was over 10,000 civilans still in the town and he didnt know who they supported.

The Raysian High Council has a series of meetings on the matter, but they are still undecided on whether or not to get involved.

"Well at the rate things are going, that could be any time now."

"I know, but we can't assume that they'll stoop that low."

"Well, we should remain on standby... like I said, anything we do would have to be quick, almost instant... if we do it slow, then they have all the time they need to begin genocide, or worse."

"Do we have any assets nearby the Japanese States?"

"RSS Arrowhead, Cowdery Class. It's on maneuvers in the pacific, about 1000 clicks from their territory."

"That ship is a mobile base. It would be more than enough to perform the shock and seizure phase of an invasion. If we need to, we can call up the reserve Ground Control forces to take the ground presence."

"Well, notify them of the situation, and prepare to call up the reserves on board that ship."

"You guys realize we're talking weeks, if not months here, right?"

Garaski

A day later the town had been layed waste to by the tanks bombardment aswell as bombers from the near by Pearl Air base. Still Mortors from the town had done damage to the marines outside, still they tryed to attack the town takeing heavy loses. Snipers hit the marines hard takeing out officers leaving meny squads leaderless, what was worse each time marines got into a cross road or a decent ambush area they would get cut up. When they came back a few hours later with armor support the Goverment troops had moved on, sometimes planting AT mines and booby traps.

General Kurosawa looked round from his bunker, its was monday morning and the sun had just come up. He pulled out a cigar and lite it, takeing a big drang on it as he did. He look out at the burning town around him, a once Proud strong town now layed in ruins around him. 10,000 Civilians dead, another 15,000 In bunkers or trying to run away and just over 1,000 decideing to join with the defence of the place they once called home.
"General we got word, the 7th and the 8th Infentry Regiments are moveing towards us, followed by the 1st/8th Artillary Battalion they should be here by night fall." Tech Sargent Kogara reported, a young person who had only recently joined the JSSDF.
"good....Sargent what do you think our chance of getting out of here alive are?" it was the first time Kurosawa said such a thing.
"i...i...i cant say sir, if we truely were going to lose...then surrender would be the best option" Kogara replyed, he was vary taken aback by the statement.

The day drifted on with explodtions heared left and right no matter where you looked you could hear the thunder of a tank shell hitting something. All around the main base camp for the Defence wounded littered the area milltary and civilian....bullets didnt discriminate between the two.

The general looked round at the underground bunkers at the 1,000s of civilians still left in the town. he knew what he had to do to save there lives, he walked right to the bunker they had been holding captured enamy troops. He looked round and saw what he wanted, an officer someone to deliver a message for him.
"you there whats your name?" The general asked
"captain Heizo Makino" Heizo replyed
"i want you to deliver a message to your commanding officer" he handed Heizo a letter "make shore who ever it is gets that".
A guard let the captain go, and escorted him outside when he ran off into the mist of the morning.

a few hours later Heizo got to the edge of the town and found a squad of marines, at first they thought he was a spy but after some quesioning the belived him. He was escorted to see Tara when he handed her the message.
Im asking for a cease fire for time to let the civilians out of Garaski if you agree send a flare at 12 mid day.
"is this all he gave you?" she asked
"yes, he gave me that and set me free" Heizo replyed
"how were they treating you" she asked
"well, there running low on supplys yet the still fed us" he replyed
"thats all get some rest then report back to your old squad" she ordered, he saluted in he normal way.

At 12 mid day a flare was sent up, Kurosawa wasnt surprised, even tho this was a war it was still there peaple they where fighting. it took a few hours for all the civilans to leave, meny of the Millita that had signed up didnt go they stayed to fight for Garaski. It was a small victory, a small one indeed but larger for Kurosawa for now he only had a few hours left befor reinforcements came then he would truely have a small victory, not the short lived one now as the guns re opened fire.

Tokyo II Island
4 miles Outside Tokyo II city

A camp had been made to "control" the Minority groups and political prisoners, tho it wasnt a normal camp. It was a slave camp where the people inside where force to work, given vary little food and water there jobs were alot harder.
This camp, Camp Nagari (Na-Gar-re), was the worst of all the death camps on the Tokyo II islands. It was also the largest, on the outside it looked like a Industrial site no mass graves, no killings outside it looked normal. Well it had been Labeled as a Work Camp by the Nakasaki Regime but the Regime told anyone who asked that it was just a Prison where Prisoners could work off there time, no one knew, no one knew the truth.
The Commander of the base was part of the Elite SS Corp his name was Major Eichi Nagasaki, the Younger brother of General Kimiko Nagasaki. He was 10 years younger then his sister, only 23 years old but he was a major. More thanks to Kimiko then anything, she cared about her brother a grate deal and so when the civil war started she placed him in the safest place she thought of, Nagari.

In Tokyo II islands all the states agreed with Kimiko tho meny people didnt forming Para Millitas, Sending infomation back to the goverment forces and attack supply lines.

Reports are comeing in that Phoenixius have a fleet on route to Japanese States Islands, for this reason we must remove all evidance of the Camps. Kill all the scum and destroy all files concerning the camps but make shore no one gets out alive. We've started to deport people from Tokyo II islands sending them to Fukuoka Island where we will carry on the Project, we also plan on sinking a few of the ships carrying them and blame it on the goverment.
Your orders are to kill all people within your camp no one can be allowed to live, we know by your records you have just over 1.2 Million people in your camps across the area, kill them all.


Eichi Looked up, fucking hell sis are you mad he thougt looking up. He pressed a button on the intercom "Get me Captain Akechi and Captain Bunya now" he sead.
A few moments later there was a knock on his door, "come in" he sead looking up. a young woman and a middle aged man walked in. They both saluted and stood at atention, "at ease" he sead after saluting back.
"Captain Maki Akechi (f) and Captain Hitoshi Bunya (m) what im about to tell you is Classified top secret, We have got word that the Goverment of Phoenixius will be supporting the stupid goverment forces, and such we are worried they will find our little....."health" camps" he said slily "so we have been ordered to get rid of any knowlage of them, kill all the scum. The camps will be re made for civilian use to carry on makeing weapons but our major objective is to kill all of them, it has to be done fast and has to be effectively. We dont have long and we dont know what will happen so inform all the base commanders to do it i dont care how just do it."
"Sir, i take it this is a Direct order from the Führer" Maki asked brushing her long blond hair out of her face and makeing eye contact with Eichi.
"yes my sister has ordered this personaly so get it done, Dismissed." he barked saluting.

The next few days was the worst, you could smell death in the air. Burning flesh from all the bodies being burned alive and dead ones, the troops where haveing a field day killing the prisioners. Eichi was walking with Captain Maki, Captain Hitoshi and a few guards. He was inspecting one of the camps as normal when he heared a cry for help, a young female voice shouting for some one to get off and a male voices laughing loadly. Eichi and the captains followed he kicked open the door and saw a group of guards riping the cloths of a young girl no older the 15 and savagley rapeing her. The jumped up right away one of them pulling up his Trousers and they stood at atention. The girl layed there half naked and bleeding from meny place, Eichi jaw droped, he knew that girl. Right away he pulled out his pistal and shot the guard who had pulled up his trousers in the head. His lifeless body hit the floor blood pouring out from the hole in his head, "pick it up and get rid of it" Eichi said pointing at the dead guard, "let that be warning to you do this again and i will kill you myself."
He Turned to one of the guards who was with him, "get a doctor this girl need medical treatment." Eichi said, his face full of rage. Maki and Hitoshi looked confussed as to why he had help the girl, he looked at them. "i know this girl, shes no scum shes the girlfriend of my son shes a strong supporter of my sister and so to his her family. Find out where her family is and who sent them here then bring them all to me." He looked up and still saw them looking at him. "NOW" he shouted, then he walked over to the young girl takeing off his coat and putting it round her. She looked up at him, her ocean blue eyes widened when she saw who it was.
"Ei..eichi...is that you" she asked, a smile flickered on her face "is Sumio ok?" she asked still.
"yes, he thought he had lost you. do you know where your family is?" Eichi asked
"no...no idea" she replyed, her eyes filling with tears again. The doctor rushed in, "my god who did this?" he asked.
"some guards who will wish the never did" Eichi replyed "take good care of her Doctor for me"

"sir, good news we have just got a message from the Phoenixius Goverment they say they have a fleet on route. Also if we need anything contact them" Akira sead "this could the the brake we needed."
Masami wrote a message down and told Akira to send it right away to the Phoenixius Goverment.

Thank you for your offer of aid and help, we need at this time Transports. When the Rebals took control of parts of the navy they destroyed or took most of the Transports, The Air Cavs are busy fighting in Southen Fukuoka and Para Divsions joined the rebals. In turn we have no way to reinforce or re supply the outer islands, Neo tokyo has been under heavy shelling from the Iowa Battleship sitting off the coast and is protected by 4 Destroyers and a hand full of frigates. We know that a Carrier is out there somewhere and submarines lurked in the waters hunting what few supply ships we have left.
In short the Goverment Forces are at a major disadvantage and to make things worse The Fascists have nuclear Missiles primed and ready to fire at a moments notice all over the Islands, some could just reach Pheoenixius shores.
In the form of aid we need mainly Troops, Transports, food and ammuntion as well as other things such as tanks, Arilltary planes, pilots but there not things we need most of all. its the Troops, transports, food and Ammo we need.
Any help you send is needed and we give thanks to what you send, for the good of the people i do hope this war does not turn nuclear.

"Tell them our barrings, and get an answer. To get the whole fleet here means to meet something. Who knows? We might be here just to scare someone who we don't like." the Capiton said firmly in his Winder accent.

After a few minutes, the Majistrate returnned, this time with a long list of black ink, sparkling in the light. "This is-" he started to say looking at the paper. It was pure Cartacone, a material used to make the finest papers for highly-classified documents only, and the ink was Shaltun, a dye from a rare plant found only in Truitt and in some South American countries, both were only used in laws, constitution, legal documents of high classification, and direct orders from the Presidente himself.

Finishing the letter he said blankly "Heloists, damn facist wanna-bees. Alright, you heard His Majesty, lets get this thing on the role. Launc the 'tiels when yeh' can, when the Amphibs and Bouys get here, make sure you put them in the front, I don't want any of my ships touched." the Capiton said putting down the letter, careful not to fold such a beauty.

Within minutes the TyH-58D Fighting Cockatiels were airborne, all circling the fleet which housed the strongest ships in the Truitti Emerald Navy for the Pacific Fleet.

"Sir, we have connection with fifteen submarines, undesignated classes, claim to be the Bouys. Confirm?" a sonar operator asked.

"Of cource, let 'em in." he said blankly in his thick accent.

Meeting of Officals Room, Sparty Islands

The Councilari to the Presidente stood there, motionless. The news had just finished, and the region was just turnned from Grecon 3 to Grecon 1, Possable nuclear threat. Although these were Truitti levels, it was sure to meet up tot he other regional powers and nations.

"We need to get them on the line, no nuclear attacks, at all. If they end up nuking themselves, hell, I think we shouldn't even bother. Damn headstrong liberals." she said looking down, with the many Generalis near her.

"'Mam, we could send diplomatic representatives, maybe get them to dismantle thier nuclear arsenal." one in purple asked, a Marvy Force Offical.

"No, we need to stick with our sides, the Facists will win anyways, plus, why would they divert to nuclear attack?" said the blue one, an Airforce Offical.

"Why not just get-" the one in the Red started to say. "Damn Army jocks, shut up." the one in the green snapped. "Now, why not force a beach landing somewhere the facists don't even have any near control, we have enough resources to match any force anywhere except the battleground right now." the one in green suggested, obviously a Green Barrade Offical.

"Agreed then, we will ask the rebelious guys if they don't mind, and we will meet somewhere, I say attack them at thier strongest base for water control, ti seems to be a force to be reconed with." the one in the black said, a LOST Offical, obviously he was the leader of the whole group.

Alrighty, don't use nukes, no nuclear attack has ever accured in the New Commonwealth (the Unforgiven is a different story though) and I would like it to be that way for some time.

Anyways, how does that sound? say somewhere like on the NC forums where a good place for a coastal-based assault is, and thier current forces there.

General Fumihiro Kurosawa looked outside, only a few hours till his forces smashed the Fascists from behind when all of a sudden he heared a low hum. It got louded and he knew what it was, he looked up and saw what he was dreading, 2 Para troop Regiments had just started came, along with a Para Artillary Regiment.
"shit....this just made things a hole lot more complex" Fumihiro sead "dam it why couldnt they wait just a few more hours."
Gun shots were heared all over the town or what was left of the town of Garaski. In a few minutes he knew that Artillary shells would start hitting the town, he knew at lest 108 105mm Light Gun had fell from them dam planes and most likely landed in the backlines.
"how long till our reinforcements get here?" Fumihiro asked.
"not for at lest, an hour tho we know they are setting up Artillary battries now a total of 3 battires are set up and will start fireing with in the hour. er...its not much 8 155mm Habor Howitzers and 4 105mm Light Guns." Major Zenko Chiba sead looking at the General, "the latest casulties report say we've lost over 79 people today, over 90 wounded and 15 MIA. that brings the total of 654 killed, 241 wounded and 62 missing thats almost an Entire Regiment, we only have around 1600 troops left and we low on ammo."
"how low?" Fumihiro asked.
"wont even last into the morning" Zenko replyed. Fumihiro sighed, he looked up to the sky and muttered something. He turned round and looked at Zenko.
"do you have family Major?." Fumihiro asked.
"yes, a Son and a wife who is due." Zenko replyed "why do you ask?".
"how meny of our men do you think have family, how meny do you think want to see them. if we carry on like this we will never see them nor if we surrender. Hand out what ammo we have left tell All to fix Bayonets" Fumihiro order saluteing.
"Yes sir" Zenko replyed saluting back, he knew what the General was planning he just hope to hell it didnt happen and Supplys managed to get to them.

Base camp of the 12th Marine Regiment.

Tara sat looking over the reports, she was happy that the Paratroops had managed to get here.
"Ahh commander Endo" she sead saluting him "im glade you made it." He returned the Salute, then sat down in front of her desk.
"plase call me Yutaka" he sead "im glade we could reinforce you, you've taken some loses here".
"just over 400 killed and 200 wounded, tho we do have around 30 missing." She sead looking at him. "there dug in well i can tell you that, the tanks are running low on ammo so we cant shell the town that much longer but thankfuly your here with Artillary." Tara sead taking out a bottle of Wiskey and 2 glasses. "i hear that they set up a few artillary battries up the northen Hills, i take it there being delt with?."
"mmm....well theres a Armor Battalion attacking with a Infentry Battalion as support but well....air support is limited." Yutaka sead "Pearl Air base was attack a few hours ago, one carrier loyal to the Old goverment hit it hard, we were lucky...but the 8th wasnt." he looked down, for a moment stairing into the empty glass.

It was Quiet on the base, most people were out playing football or drinking since no operations were due apart from the 7th/101st Paratroop regiment with the 3rd/101st Para Artillary regiment that was to drop near Garaski.
Just as most of the Cargo planes had left captain Hiru had just gone to get a cup of coffee, he was in chage of radar and had left his post. On the screen it started to light up 15 blips, moveing fast towards the base yet still no alarm went up. When Hiru returned and looked at the screen he spat some coffee and sounded the alarm.
"ALL HAND BATTLE STATIONS THIS IS NOT A DRILL, INCOME ENAMY FIGHTER"
but it was to late, the goverment migs had got there, the first thing the hit were the runways and hangers. AA guns fired at the migs but most were to fast, several Rebal migs made in to a clear runway 3 of them got of the ground.
"ok boys form on my wing, we out numbered and out guned so dont get cocky" the captain sead.
"yes sir" the wing men replyed as the fighter went of to engage the attackers. A goverment fighter had just hit the Radar tower with a AGM blowing it apart, just as it was pulling up the Rebal migs hit it, the captain had fired 2 AAM sidewinders at it he smiled as it turned into a ball of fire.
All around the base was lighting up, most of the goverment migs were leaving after droping most of there payload leaving the base in ruins. Hangers, Barracks, Runways all destroyed or heavyly damaged.
The Ammo Storage was hit, that had taken out a good part of the base to, same with the fuel storage. the 3 migs that had got to the air were destroyed, only the captain made it out as he ejected but his wingmen didnt.

Orders came over the fleets flagships radio, ordering them to head straight for the capital city. The entire fleet headed that way.

OOC: thinking about it, you probably won't need the extra 200-300 ships the assualt fleet will bring, with the fleet above.

It was early morning in Garaski, at the Front of the Defence lines General Fumihiro Kurosawa looked over the Trench.
"fix bayonets" he shouted, the order was passed along the lines.
The night befor the men where well fed, there last meal as most sead and a fine one that it was. As the sun rose so did the remaining troops, just over 400 men lept up and started to charge. Fireing as they ran into the un expecting Rebal troops front line take a good few with them within the first few minutes of them running. They slamed into the front line staping a people with the Bayonets and throwing hand grenades into the trenches. Tho after a few moments the Rebals new what was going on, men maned the Machine guns nest and opened fire on the goverment troops takeing out 25 befor they ducked into the trenches. Lucky for the Gov troops the point they attack had been weakened by the local Major who thought that reinforceing the near by village was a good idea, The Gov troops throw a few hand grenades into the nest, the rebal bodys flying high into he air with limbs missing. That was a major mistake For the rebals and the Major would pay dealy as now the gov troops had a Lance of M22A3 ricket Medium Tank (4 tanks) and a battire of 155mm Habor Howitzers (4).
"General we have some Ricket tanks, and 155mm Habor Howitzers" Major Zenko reported "as well has an extra 2 days supply of food and ammo."
"good good this raid was well done. how long till we can get it all back to the town?" General Fumihiro asked.
"not long theres a few trucks we can use, the 155mm can be towed and the tanks and fuel can be taken as well." Major Zenko replyed "if i may say sir, we dont have long at all till the Rebals get here we best get a move on."
It took the Gov troops only a half an hour, takeing what they needed food, Medical supplys, Ammo and most of all the Artillary and tanks. The trucks made it back to the ruins of Garaski lumbering into the old town center.
"i want the Arilltay place around the town, well guarded same with the tanks i want them in pairs at our 2 weakest points." General Fumihiro ordered.
"yes sir" Major Zenko sead saluting, the general went into his bunker. He knew when word got back to who ever was in command this place was going to be hit by so much artillary you would think it was the 4th of july.

Small Gurilla groups had been attacking the district since the Civil war started over a week ago. So far they had damage the milltary Docks and damage the radar towers that littered the district, the Phoenixius fleet would enter the southen waters with out being noticed and Akira knew it.
The Governer of the District was a White man whos family had come from England, his name was Mathew "twisted" Black and was the most ruthless and Twisted person known. He got his nickname for his unique torture, he would order a person to be Twisted from the lower torso upwords and down slowly tho to incress the pain (and suffering). He would also make shore that the person was given drugs so that they couldnt pass out till the vary end of there lives where he would look into there eyes, some say he looks to see the soul leave the body others say he steals them (there a bit crazy but well people are people).
"so what is it today?" he asked.
"sir, er...we have reports that a fleet is on route to Tokyo II island" The Lieutenant Colonel sead.
"yes yes, most likely going to attack the other ports, they would be stupid to hit the Fort of the Island" Black sead, he was well known for being aragant but in away anyone would be for PD002. The place was a fort, if it had power from the near by nuclear power plant. Mutiply ABM sites, SAMs sites, muti Anti ship Cannons along the shore let alone the 24ft high wall that was 6ft wide. PD002 was the first District on Tokyo II to built after the grate war and for that it was also a major milltary base and the most advanced in Japanese States.

The District was the size of a city with meny parts to it, The docks, Upper District (up town), Lower District (down town) and so on. In the gurrila base in the sewers sat angent Eien waited for a the commander of the Gurillas.

They need the Phoenixius fleet there and we need to warn the Goverment of the trator Akira, we need to warn the Phoenixius fleet that this is a trap." Eien replyed he put his head in his hands "we need to get a boat and get to that fleet."
"thats impossible." the man in the shadows sead, then a 2nd voice from the shadows spoke tho it was female.
"my people can do it, we can get a Destroyer from the milltary shipyard. Its only just been built and wont be that well defended." she sead.
"no....we need them Phoenixius troops and fleet here" the man sead from the shadows.
"i dont care....when do the Phoenixius ships get here?" the woman asked.
"soon, we would need to work fast. and a back up plan, the milltary Transmitter in the Upper District that could be used to contact them and tell them if the plan to get teh destroyer fails." Eien sead "we have to do this commander."

OOC: tokyo II is completely controled by the Fascists

The drones flew over the district, taking pictures and recordings of the area. They made dozens of passes over various sectors of the district, some even venturing towards the ominous fortress that lay in the heart of the district.

BAck on board the ships, the data was compiled and interpereted, each photo gonme over with a magnifying glass; each recording watched over and over again. Eventually the entire report was handed over to the admiral of the fleet.

"... so as you can see admiral, the majority of radar posts and military docks have been destroyed or severly damaged. There are numerous missile sites spread around the district, but they were either inactive, or their controllers are playing it safe adn not showing their hand for the moment."

"I see. So what plan of action would you take?"

"Well sir, I would attempt to gain control of a couple of the docks that can be used by us, drop off our troops, and then methodically move forward towards the fortress, taking out enemy fortifications and defensive positions as we go."

"Very well. Prepare the troops, and draw up a detailed plan."

Dawn had come and for the last week the town of Garaski had been turned into a ruin of its past self, the once proud and strong town was now nothing more then a burned out shell of its former self.

Kurosawa looked round, today he knew that the forces outside would attack with all they had and there was nothing Kurosawa could do. His force had been taken down from just over 3,000 to only 500 and ammo was low even with the raid on the Rebal base outside the town they where low. The Artillary and tanks had gotten destroyed by artillary strikes and Paratroopers so the one advantage they did have was lost even now Paratroopers were picking off what was left of the command staff lowering the moral of the troops. Kurosawa looked at a few troops who had been camped in the ruins of the Catherdal, he had wondered why the air strikes had stoped but no matter.

Then the enamy Artillary started up again pounding the ruins of the already dead town, there was no hope for what followed not meny Goverment trooper would live.

First the armor moved in opening fire at any ruins, followed by flame troops burning the ruins. The fire fights last only seconds for the goverment as the flamers covered the troops there screams heared across the town, the rebals showed no mercy. The Gov troops that ran out of ammo tryed to run away but where ambushed by Para trooper machinegun nest just outside the town, man after man fell to the Rebals assult on the town. The troops fell back towards the center where general Kurosawa bunker was, he looked round the fear on his mens face some even brakeing down into tears.
"Major, send up the white flag" Kurosawa sead looking down "i will not let another man die for the fallen goverment."
"yes sir." Major Zenko replyed walking off, a few moments later the white flag rose where the old Japanese Flag had been. Then General Kurosawa went outside to face the rebals, not one fired on him as he walked towards them.
Then Commander Tara apeared with Commander Yutaka she told the men to stand down as she walked towards Kurosawa.
"i take it your surrendering?" Tara sead slighly.
"in the condtion my men are allowed to live theres no point fighting anymore not like the old goverment is going to win." Kurosawa sead looking down "me and you are both soldiers we just follow orders. Theres been to much death over these past few days there no point for more."
"vary well Kurosawa your troops will be allowed to live you have my word on it, they will be treated as POWs but if anyone of them are no longer loyal to the old goverment they might be drafted into the new army and also our high command wants to see you." Tara sead Saluting in the old fasion to the Fallen General, he returned the salute "its been an honor to meet you Kurosawa pitty tho we had to meet in such a way."
Kurosawa was taken away, his troops surrendered and taken to POW camps in the end there were only a total of 61 who lived over 15 of them wounded. most of them tho joined the Rebal forces tho the blacks, jews, Islamics etc were never seen again not even by the General.

The once pround town of Garaski was now an empty shell, Taras forces moved out afer being reinforced she was sent to the City of Nobeoka south east of Garaski. Her commanding officers congratulated her on killing over 2,500 enamy troops and was Promoted to 2nd class General of the 3rd Armored Infentry Divsion.

Elayna and her small group of Gurilla troops with the Agent Eien where near there target, a small dock where the JSSN Nagasaki sat. The Destoryer was only a DDH 143 Shirane class with a Hind-S on bord.
"ok, now look even if we dont get the ship we should try and take the Hind that way we can fly towards the Phoenixius fleet." Elayna sead "you 4 get a good spot and take out crews, guards anything in the short amount of time we have."
the 4 snipers noded and ran off into the night "the rest of us will take the ship" she sead
"but theres no anough to crew it?" Eien sead
"haha you think all the crew on that ships loyal" she sead chuckleing.
Her, eien and 5 others ran over to the fence quickly jumping over it, the 4 guards in front of them fell to the floor as blood splattered out from there heads as the sniper bullets impacted on there targets and ripping the other side of there head off Brain matter going all over the place.
They carryed on running to the ship more and more guards falling to the snipers bullets, they were at the ship running up the ramp to get on board when all of a sudden 45 SS marines poped up along the side of the ship. SS snipers took out the 4 snipers that where picking of the guards. Quickly Eien grabed elayna and jumped into the water as the SS Marines opened fire ripeing the Gurillas apart with machine gun fire and such.
Eien and Elayna swam to a near by civilian dock, getting out of the rather cold water Elayna looked round.
"how...did...why?" she was confussed how it had happened. "they were my best men, how could this happen?"
"someone didnt want use to get the message out to the Phoenixius fleet" he sead looking out as the fleet seemed to be getting ready for combat "and something tells me that the attack is about to happen....."

"Detail a squadron of Gencor-V's to fly over the district, to see if we can get any reaction. Put all other fighters on standby. Warn the other ships in the fleet to be ready - I'm not sure what their response will be."

"Yes sir."

*5 Gencor-V aircraft take off from the carrier in the fleet, and head towards the island. They activated their active stealth capabilities, and began their search.*

*The fighters made several passes over the district, taking detailed pictures, adn descriptions of various military targets. Then after confirmation from their command, they began their bombing runs on seelct targets. These were mainly the coastal defences that had been identified, but also some barracks that had been spotted.*

The missile slamed into 5 of the 8 Hinds, Massive Fire balls filled the sky where the Hinds were since they had just taken off and full of fuel. Wrackage fell to the city slaming into buildings and killing several civilians and wounded others. sirens went off across the city and AA guns opened fired lighting up the night sky.
The 3 hinds left quickly lowered after fireing off what missiles they had off towards the Phoenixius fighters.

The small group of Type 42 destroyers and the 143 Shirane Class Destroyer moved out towards the open seas escorting the Iowa battleship, getting them out of the dock was the most important thing. Migs took off from the Port District Air strips doted around the city in highly Populated areas, using an old North Vet Stratagy of buildng important milltary targets near Populated areas makeing bombing of them alot harder with out killing civilians. Hell most milltary bases during this civil war had civilians inside, woman, children and men tho not by force. Bombing Milltary targets the Goverment forces found out cost more lives then it was worth but what could they do, what could anyone do.

The 3 hinds left from the attack from the squad of fighters kept fighting but were quickly cut up, they were'nt a match for the fighters.

Ground forces in the town were gearing up but the gurilla fighters had struck the costal wall around 2 of the small ports had holes blown into them, Gurilla's had started attacking barraks and other targets killing officers and other high ranking personel.
Black was pissed, he ask a commander from a near by Town District for more troops but he wouldnt send it.
"FUCKING HELL" Black shouted "where the hell is my support god dam it, get the 3rd regiment over to the Ports and fucking kill them god dam Rebals"
"yes sir" A Captain, "and the bodys on the Walls?"
"leave them, i dont want any POWs if we get invaded kill them all apart from officers" black sead looking up from his desk "and get the SAMs ready and make shore the damed costal battiries up and running"
Tha Captained saluted and walked out shouting orders to all the others in the passage ways.

Off the Coast of Tong Dong
The massive fleet code named "Whale" was floating just outside the government forces' admediate attack and detection radius. The TNS Diplomatic Arm waited for the message that they have been waiting for.

"Capiton O'Mare, we have the word from the Generali, launch Operation: Beached Whale admediatly!" one of the transciver operators yelled taking off his headset.

"Confirmed. Began Rip Tide." the Capiton said, using the code that was given. Just as the operators went to work typing in the code all of the missle submarines surfaced. The five Presidente Battleships also slowed to the Caution speed of 10 knots. Smoke started to errupt form the two Presidente Battleships and five Tango Line SSBNs.

"Sir, acknowledged." an operator said as the many Building ATC and Structure ABT units started to go ahead of the fleet. "Began Capture." the Capiton said, an other code. At once the amphibious forces started to accelerate, and the faster Mongoose and TANTRUM amphibious-fitted assualt tanks started to pull infront of the transports. "Sir, acknowledged" he said as the seven unseen Heloist SSDs flew udner the water's surface torwards the shore.

"Launch Dead Fait!" the Capiton yelled. Just as they got to work, the smoking ships started to show reaction. Thier building and structures blew up into massive amounts of light and shock. The sound was ear-blistering. "Sir, we have Balistic Anti-Coastal Missles en route to coastal implacements, Balistic Anti-Shippery Missles en route to the many coastal patrols, and the whole Tango Line armament is now being sent to inland targets. All running hot." the lead transciver said.

"Alright people, lets launch the Vultures." he said, an other code.

Under the cover of darkness all of the ships blew into light of thier deck lightenings. The fleet that once was covered was now seen. Off of the TNS Diplomatic Arm all four angled decks were being used to launch the whole force of TB-5 Dream Stealth Supersonic Bombers, 31 to be exact, all filled with thousands of pounds of highly penitratable bombs and bomblet despencers. The some 200 TyH-58D Fighting Cockatiels, 10 TyH-58Z General Cockatiels and 80 TyH-58V Liger Cockatiels all took to flgith to fight any light ground implacements, air hostilies, and shippery.

"Squarl One" a Cockatiel pilot said over the line as he dropped two Protectorate Stand-Off Range Anti-Shippery Missles from his under-fuselage bay, still being as stealth as a small insect on the RADAR screens.

The Amphibious forces layed just outside the fleet's front, awaiting the confirmation of the defending shippery's destruction or retreat.

OOC: I know I said it would be a light assualt on a near-facist area, but Hell, why not hit them hard near thier most powerful possition?

The missiles from the remaining Hinds took out 2 fighters, the rest easily evading the missiles thanks to their various stealth and decoy measures. After then had destroyed the remaining Hinds, the rest of the squadron flew towards an area that had become active in their sensors, with the build up of power - the leader presumed this to be the SAM sites powering up, and was taking no more chances.

Meanwhile...

"Admiral, we have several ships leaving the port - one of them seems to be a large carrier of some sort."

"Very well, challenge them, and then if they give an unsatisfactory answer, but a shell over their bow. If they continue leaving, destroy them - launch some more fighter to keep a watch on them.

Just outside Tong Dong, Most Northern Military Front

The whole Aegir Fleet was sitting, poised to fire an other assualt once sensors cleared and fighters reported in.


About 300nm out of the Fleet's "Nirvana" Railgun Range the lead squadrens, fifteen to be exact, entered the range of naval hostility. The surface ships admediatly aquired them, but their range was far too away. "Squarl Three" every lead TyH-58D Fighting Cockatiel pilot said almost at once.

Large Protectorate Stand-Off Range Anti-Shippery Missles dropped from thier bottom bays and dropped to the water's surface like a sea-skimming missle. The Lead Fighters turnned around, all launching thier four missles each at various targets, civilian, military, or international.

"Sir, we have missles inbound and lead units falling back for Liger units. Do we need the three Tango Lines and the Ticonderogas to fire an other assualt on the shippery and coast?" a woman asked in her swivle chair. The Capiton lookd up and replied "Let the Ligers fly in and put a few shrapenal in thier hulls before we launch an other assualt before the amphibious landing."
