The ISA will be a Spying Alliance.
If you have read the last thread you can see the Camewottian government each year trains 1000 Spies.
We would like to make a sort of Alliance out of this, heres what happens:
1. You join
2. You contribute something to the alliance
3. You can report dangerous and corrupt nations to the ISA, we will implent a few spies there.
4. You get a + in RP'ing, because ofcourse if we RP spies being there you can know a few things more
5. ...

High Command will alert the Intelligence Division of this proposal immediately. The Intelligence Division is an autonomous organisation over which we have no control, so their decision will be final.

OOC: I will respond IC once I've cleared some concerns reguarding how you are doing this secretly.
Here's my concern: You are using secret in character in order to advertise an alliance to nations of the world about a sensitive issue... how are you getting around the problem of being secret while allowing almost any nation to join? Is it assumed that the only nations being told about it are trusted nations? In which case how you do you know they are trusted? Is there a criteria for being trusted or do you have a little of nations who you have sent the information to...
I guess the my problem is trying to understand how someone would advertise an alliance (advertising being the act of getting the information so people can will be interested) when you are also being secret about it (secret being the act of not giving the information to certain people so not to compromise your position).
Oh... and can you not bump every couple of hours... once a day is enough.

The Nation of Yevon of Spira, who has one of the strongest military powers in the world, wishes to join the ISA, for we have...many conections. I feel we will be an asset as an informer and with military aid should any situation ever come to that.
Although we are a small nation, we are interesting in joining and contributing what we can.
