Already suffering from a severe economic downturn, most everyone thought that things could not get much worse. Sadly, what was once considered a possible scientific breakthrough is now aiding the countries downward spiral.
Fermented liquids, or "FireWater" in reference to it's flamability, has found it's way outside of the laboratory and, inexplicably, into the hands of children. With the current state of affairs in Abutt, it is all too common for a child to go unsupervixed and, given a childs propensity for playing with matches, numerous self-immolations have occured.
The governemt is expected to pass a ban on FireWater on the one week anniversary of the mass funeral.
