A relatively new nation, InterHobbes nevertheless has developed a powerful trade economy. The government, while typically interested in handling matters via laissez-faire politics, has become increasingly concerned with the military prowess of neighboring nations in nearby regions. In response, the government has passed legislation creating the National Defense Fund from tax surplus created by the booming economy. This fund approximates roughly 25 billion wisemarks (the national currency) per year. The InterHobbes government has immediately begun the search for the best methods by which to train and equip a defensive military force.
