OOC: Hey everyone, I am new to NS. I have decided for coming out to do something differnt then the norm (at least form what I have seen), in other words to present my nation as a sort of open land for use by the outside. Well enjoy and I welcome constructive critism and helpful hints (especially on prices).

WELCOME TO LU BU AND DIAO CHAN


Due to the recent decsion of the High Council to open the country to the International Community. Lu Bu and Diao Chan now opens itself up for use to the community. International territory is based in LBDC's two capitals, the civilian capital of Luo Yang and the military capital of Xiao Pi.



The High Council has decreed that good size area around Xiao Pi can be used by the outside community. There is much clear and open land for military bases and a officer school, for while this country may be small it has well trained officers. Land prices can be haggled over via goverment agents, typically the more land the higher the price (OOC: TG me for land price haggling) and the typical cost of sending students to the school is 230 USD.


The High council has also decreed that land in Luo Yang be also set aside for outsider purposes. the Diao Hotel in downtown Luo Yang has newly opened and is ready for her first presitgous vistors. Prices depend on how long the stay of the person (or persons). Secondly is the Princess Academy, also in downtown Luo Yang. The academy offers everything that princess should need in the modern world, typical cost ranges from 500 USD to 1,000 USD (OOC: Please tell me if the price is in the right range for this sort of thing).


All questions and inqueries should sent to the International Affairs Office in Chang'an.

OOC: I assume because of your name that I am speaking to a fellow ROTTK/DW fan. Is that correct?

OOC: You are correct, I have not read the novel itself but I do play KOEI'S RTK games (RTK VIII) and Dynasty Warriors (DW3, DW4, DW4 XL and hopefully DW4: E).

OOC: Sorry for the highjack, but i just can't sit and not give you this the novel (http://threekingdoms.com) it's ROTTK, all of it, online easily readable complete with readers notes. With regards.

The International Affairs Board would now like to showcase some of the features of what we are offering for community use:



The lands around Xiao Pi are great indeed with great vast spaces with no obstructions what so ever. There is still many trees and natural features though in the area that can be used for various training exercises.


At the officer school our trained instructors will teach you to be a good commander of troops and much more. Addational courses are availble for those that wish to be a one man army.


The Diao Hotel in downtown Luo Yang is a truly wonderful showcase of our culture here. The kitchen offers many exquiste cuisenes three times a day and some lesser foods for snacks in between meals. For our male vistors we offer several dance shows preformed by the Preistess' of Diao Chan, and for female vistors shows preformed by the Priest's of Lu Bu.


At the Princess Academy we will take any princess you give us and turn her unto a model of what a princess should be in today's world. If we do not meet your expections we will give you your money back.

The International Affairs Board now wishes to continue to try to stir up interest by announcing the opening up of more features to the community.



We do now hereby announce that Lu Bu and Diao Chan is opening up a market for slaves to bought and sold. Both male and female slaves will be available. The market is located at Chang'an near newly cleared Ambassadorial district.


The Ambassadorial District is were all forgein ambassadors are to be housed, under normal circumstances the ambassdors would live in Luo Yang, but because the Priests and Priestesses won't allow it the ambassdor will have to live in Chang'an.


The Ambassadorial district is a beautiful area wide open yards and gardens surrounding each Embassy. All nations wishing to send ambassdors must bring thier own guards for protection until futher notice.
