-Illiterate peoples, you have $9,000,000,000 ($9 billion). To get more you need to answer the issues in a way which improves your economy and if you get bigger, you get more.

-Thanks Warta, the tanks have been forwarded to the nations mentioned above.

-The eternal-dragons, we are unwilling to sign a permanent non-agression pact, but will sign a conditional one.

That is, we are at peace until we are forced (if ever) to take sides in an inter-alliance war.

The President of the Eternal Dragons agrees with the terms of the conditional pact, and hence from now forth let us hope this is the start of great diplomatic terms between the two great nations.
