After almost three long years of war, the fascist nation of Zarbia is finally free of violence. Though this peace will not last long, President Borin Trotzig and the Zarbian government have come together and discussed changes for the nation.
In a speech delivered this morning from the destroyed Inner City of the Zarbian capital, President Trotzig outlined his ideas for the future.
"Fellow Zarbians! You are gathered here to witness a change for Zarbia. Behind me, as you can see, is what is left of the Inner City. Though we have all gone through death and destruction, our nation was kept free thanks to our military and the massive amounts of support from our allies. This conflict has cost the lives of two million Zarbians and many thousand wounded. But we have survived and we will move on!"
The President proceeded to blame the entire war on foreign influence in Zarbia, and has made a number of new articles for the Zarbian Constitution.
"The ultimate cause for this great suffering was foreign influence in Zarbia. All that foreigners want to do is harm us and exploit our great nation. They promise nothing and do not contribute to our society at all. They are social parasites, feeding on good people to fulfill their own hunger. After many meetings, it has been decided that new articles will be incorporated into the Zarbian Consitution."
Mr. Trotzig then went on to introduce laws, not articles, that would strike terror into the hearts of democratical governments across the world.
"From this day on, all people of non-white or non-Zarbian descent will be immediately deported from Zarbia.
Any Zarbians found sympathizing with any non-whites will face a jail sentence of up to a year and a fine. If that person is found sympathizing with non-whites a second time, they will be charged with treason and executed.
This law will be nullified only if the non-Zarbian is a member of a nation that is allied with Zarbia."
"Now that this issue has been cleared up, we will move on to discuss national security. It has been decided that many building projects will be commenced all over the nation, beginning here in Zarbia City. The Inner City will be rebuilt and fortified with thick walls as well as being armed with SAMs. There will also be a Fascist Militia base built in the Inner City as well as Militia outposts. A massive wall surrounding the capital will be constructed as well as a airstrip for fighter jets to make a quick take off if necessary. More airports and airstrips will be constructed as well as more naval ports. For now this is all, and I wish the best for my fellow Zarbians. Zarbia WILL be restored to its former glory. Thank you and good night."
President Trotzig leaves the stand and quickly climbs into a black limousine with tinted windows. The limousine drives away, taking Trotzig to his Presidential Residence.
