The Quin walks briskly to the podium to address his people
"My friends, neighbors, countrymen and women. We live in a turbulent time, our nation is often threatened with attack and interferance of our ability to govern ourselves. 7 NS year ago our scientists were comissioned to create a type of body armor that strengthens human abilities. My good friends, it is finished! We are currently waiting for the 10 volanteers to be transferred to our city science bunker. On that day we shall hold a parade should everything be safe. This armor that they will wear will increase their physical abilities in many ways. The will be faster, be able to jump higher, be able to lift more and so on and so forth. These will be our special ops troops, good day and good luck"
The Quin then left the podium, the crowd surprised that the nation had that level of technological advancement.
OOC: Ok I will just explain how the suit works. There are sensors on the inside that pick up electrical signals in the human nervous system, when they pick up these signals they amplify the signal and make a part of the suit move. This is what increases their physical abilities to a large degree. On the outside of the suit is the normal layer of binomium armor for protection. The weapon on the suit is also operated by the nervous system. The suit is powered by a battery that recharges with temperature changes and recharges just because of access to heat. And for the record my nation did have the money to afford this.
