With the completion of the Ring Cities (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=355816), the population was now completely settled in. The Horizon System's sole occupant enjoyed a huge economic boom, as new corporations and businesses opened. But while the economy was doing great, Foreign Affairs was not. Parlim had few friends, most of which were left behind on Earth, when it was left.

We now seek allies amongst the stars, to aid us, and help us (it is also in Parlim's best interest to return the favor). Would anyone be interested?
