They have not done anything to deserve the destruction of there country…That is why I’m going to dispatched 1000 hueys filled with relief packages filled with food and water to relieve the strain on the population…but there is one problem Neoma has no carriers(OOC but more should be bought before they are due to return home) ICC so what I am looking for is someone with a airport or carrier that I could land refuel and fly back I will pay for the fuel and any repairs that make the huey unsafe or un flyable on the hueys (OOC though we may need to set up a plan) this is only for humanitarian purposes and any attack on these humanitarian hueys that have no Neoma markings or weapons on it just pure white with a red cross so they will not be targets will be considered a act of war…No humanitarian effort will be made without the support of a safe place to land to refule or repair....

Since those two fleets are involved in these attacks.

IC: In addition to fleets already in the area, I am dispatching the 3rd, 4th and 7th fleets to the area. Further, the 12th and 5th Infantry divisions are being sent in to occupy the nation and prepare it for full annexation. The Mesazoics are about to learn the high cost of trying to blackmail the Union of People's Republics.
In accordance with the Whittier Conventions, we reaffirm our pledge not to commit genocide, rape or other atrocities against Mesazoic civilians.
Whittier warns that use of any VX gas will be met with nuclear retaliation.
To provide a base of ops for the F117s we are sending and for allied aircraft, we are dispatching both Battle Islands. They should be able to accomodate up to 1,000 aircraft total.

What you refer to as 'blackmail' appears to be a misguided attempt at an ultimatum on the part of Mesazoic. Their leaders are apparently overconfident in regards to their current capabilities. We have reviewed all evidence presented, and beyond veiled threats from all concerned, there seems to be little in the way of negotiation from either side. We continue to strongly urge Whittier to actually attempt negotiations. The same goes for the leaders of Mesazoic -- if you are still unwilling to engage in negotiations at this stage, rather than flinging ridiculous ultimatums around, then we will have little choice but to support Whittier in defending themselves.

All bombing missions over Mesazoic are being called off. We propose to purchase the 150 VX missiles from you (the ones that haven't been destroyed by the airstrikes that is.)
