The WSL will feature 20 football teams around the world. The rules and regulations are as follows:
-The league rules are:
-There will be a salary cap at 85,000,000 dollars
-All FIFA rules will be upheld.
-There will be free agents and a draft
-You can trade players
-You can charge whatever you want for your seats
-1/3 of revenue will be put in a collective pool to share with all the franchises
-If you franchise does not make money in 5 years the league can reposses the team
-All owners will recieve a spot on the owners council which will elect a commissioner for the league. All major decisions will go through them.
-All franchises will recieve parts of the TV revenue.
-The league championship will go to a new city every year
-The championship game will be known as the Championship Cup
-There will be playoffs
-The players get there own union

Stadium Rules
-A franchise must own at least 1/3 of the stadium they play in.
-The stadium must have a capacity of 45,000-110,000 people.
-At least 40% of the seats must be premium seats.
-All seats must have cushions
-A stadium must have a franchise store.
-A stadium must have at least 30 food venues and no more than 100
-A stadium must own the parking for building
-A stadium must have at leat 30 sky boxes any more than that is fine.
Franchise Rules
-A franchise may market all the ad space they want in a stadium.
-A franchise can sell the name of the stadium.
-A franchise must have adequate training facilities and health facilities.
-A franchise must obey by all league rules.
-A franchise must have uniforms and anything relating to day to day operation.
Franchise Fee-200,000,000 dollars
Also the league will sell the TV rights. Please submit offers we want to broadcast in at least 8 countries.
