Greetings from Evil Woody Thoughts. I am Dr. Podolefsky, and we are currently engaged in a research project involving artificial volcanoes. We are looking to acquire explosives on the scale of nuclear weapons for undersea detonation, and we here at the Ministry of Science and Technology thought Communist Louisiana might be able to help with such things.

Such explosives would be drilled several thousand feet below the ocean floor. For example, if the depth of the ocean floor is 3000 feet, we might drill down to 8000 feet or so. The general idea of such massive detonations is to rip open new fault lines, and encourage volcanic eruptions. In this way, we believe that we can create new islands to inhabit, thereby relieving overcrowding. Once we develop this capability on an industrial scale, we might even be able to sell this capability to other nations, such as yours.

Anyway, as I was saying, we need explosives that meet the following requirements:

1) At least 1 megaton
2) Not radioactive (we want to colonize these islands, after all)
3) Will not vaporize all carbon based lifeforms (i.e. no neutron bombs)
4) Will not vaporize excessive amounts of water (we realize that some water will be instantly boiled by this process, but we don't want to reduce the sea level by a significant amount)

We need to know how much this will cost. We made an open-ended inquiry as to product availability, as we did not know exactly what would fulfill our needs.

All we know is that we need explosives that meet the following requirements:

1) At least 1 megaton
2) Not radioactive (we want to colonize these islands, after all)
3) Will not vaporize all carbon based lifeforms (i.e. no neutron bombs)
4) Will not vaporize excessive amounts of water (we realize that some water will be instantly boiled by this process, but we don't want to reduce the sea level by a significant amount)

This is kind of open-ended, and was originally more of an inquiry into what was available than an order, so we would like to know exactly what you have that meets these requirements, and how much it will cost. Research projects can be a pain, can't they? ;)

Warta Endor, it is possible to do this, but we would have to install more shielding on the rockets. If you do not want to nuclear warheads on the rockets we could take them off and instead put reinforced steel and titanium and charge you no extra price.

Also depending on the size of the satillites, you would have to build a special nose on the rocket but it would have to still let the rocket be light weight and balanced so the rocket would not loose control in the air. It would take alot of extra equipment just to do what you are wanting to do.
