Secret IC:

We are in the process of acquiring approximately 500,000 SCUD launchers, 7,500 Minute Men, and have plans to acquire 10,000 more Minutemen and 5,000 Peace Keepers.

This is to replace the missiles that fell into disrepair during the last months of the Curtis Fabus government, due largely to lack of funding cause by massive colonial government overspending. 50% of all nuclear missiles were either stolen or dismantled. Thefts of armed forces equipment was very common in the last few months of the Curtis Fabus government, as many soldiers went weeks without pay and resorted to stealing. Approximately 1/2 of all "Briefcase" nuclear devices went missing from the Mississippian arsenals during that time period, as did 10% of ICBMS and 20% of CW and BW.

Ooc- We have no idea, we believe that right-wing militias, islamic terror groups, left-wing radicals in South America. Anybody could have them. We have no idea. We did sell about 30% of CW/BW to TBD, but that was a gov't sanctioned sale to a foreign legitimate gov't. The thefts by soldiers and subsequent sale, we have no idea where they went.
