It was the beginning of a regular day. The sun was breaking through the darkness, and morning birds could be heard chirping their merry songs. Emperor Robertius, his advisors, generals, and minister were gathered in the conference room as usual discussing the governing issues of the new day.

General Commenus, “As you know Sir a small portion of our forces are involved in the elimination of terrorist in KillAlmendraston. I advise you allow them to stay their for an indefinite time and allow the theater commander decide when the time is right to withdraw.”

Emperor Robertius, “Very well, alert him that he has authority over the theater.”

The Emperor sipped his coffee and awaited his most trusted, and able minister/aid to speak - Foreign Minister Alexius Julii. Alexius had long been a close friend of the Imperial family, for his friendship and ability had been appointed to his post.

Alexius stood up, obviously shaken by something. Sweat was building on his forehead and upper lip.

Emperor Robertius, “Alexius, what is wrong?”

He didn’t respond, he remained with a odd look on his face.

Emperor Robertius, “Alexius! Are you okay?”

Alexius glanced toward General Commenus, General Commenus nodded back to him. The rest of the ministers looked down at their papers and away from the unfolding scene. The Emperor’s two body guards approached him, putting their hands on his shoulders and forcing him into his seat.

Alexius Julii, “Sir, it has been decided that it is in the best interest of the nation that the Imperial Government is buried, and a shining Republic arises.”

The Emperor looks around the table to all of the ministers, to his bodyguards, and finally puts his eyes on Alexius. He knows all to well what is going to happen in the next minute. Emperor Robertius runs his hand through his hair, and places his hands on the table focusing his eyes once again on Alexius.

From under his robe Alexius removes a sleek opulent pistol, a gift to him from the Emperor, and quickly puts a series of rounds into the Emperor’s chest. The guards backed away, all of the ministers in the room watched as the Emperor slumped over in his chair and slip into his unfortunate death.

Alexius still staring at the Emperor’s body speaks, “Guards, the Imperial Family... Do it.”

The guards cocked their weapons and walked out of the room. Gunshots could be heard of adjoined rooms, and the ministers flinched at every one of them.

Alexius stated, “Prepare for my speech.”

The Ministers scurried around preparing to Alexius’ speech. News stationed were alerted to air an “Official government statement” in minutes.

The entire nation were obligated to watch Official Broadcast, and were glued to their sets.

“Good evening nation. This address will be short, but very informative and worthwhile. The Imperial Government ceases to exist. Our nation is now The Republic of Fate and Honor, and will have an elected senate. The serving Consul will be myself, Alexius Julii. We urge the people that they support the new government. Some of you may be wondering what happened to the Emperor and the Imperial Family. This morning they perished in a tragic accident. On a helicopter ride to the recently conquered nation of Rasma, they perished in a helicopter crash (OOC: He is lying to get the peoples support). We urge the nation to carry on, and to participate in senatorial elections in the next month.”

The Chronosian Imperium offers its deepest sympathies at the loss of the Emperor, who was our close friend and ally, and hopes the Republic will continue to prosper in alliance alongside the Imperium. We await reply, and any possible negotiation.

All former agreements between Imperial Fate and Honor and other nations will be honored by The Republic of Fate and Honor. Once again, the agreements are all legitimate as before.

I am deeply saddened by the murders of the Imperial Family, but that sadness is covered up by the goodness of the formation of a new republic! Congratulations!

The Imperium will likewise honor any agreements; it would, however, like to make sure there was no foul play involved, perhaps stemming from a Ramsa resistance movement. In this light, The Chronosian imperium would like to send task forces to police the outer regions of the old Empire; in case of break away with the destruction of an Empire.

The Republic appreciate the offer you have made Chronosia, however for reasons that will not be spoken it will not be necesarry.

The Republic is able to handle its' security. The offer does show your continued goodwill to our people. The accident has been cleaned up, and the situation is secure.

Perhaps a Republic fails to appreciate the machinations of running an Empire; if you fail to secure outlying settlements, then you will be assailed by an enemy from without and within; as such the Imperium 'insists' upon aiding this new Republic. Any refusal, would blacken the Emperors memory and sacrifice.

The Senate will allow your policing forces to operate as you wish. This, they hope, will secure your trust of the new Republic. However, they do wish to remind you that the Imperial military is now the Army of the Republic and we are not helpless.

The Armed Republic of Macedonia sends its sympathy for the loss of the Emperor, and would like to strengthen ties with the new Republic of Fate and Honor. Perhaps we could open an Embassy within the capital and you in ours. Once again Congrats on your new form of government!

We have sent an embassador to Independent Macedonia to open an embassy. The senate has also granted your nation to send an embassy to our nation. There are several lots available in the embassy area for the construction of yours.

The Holy Empire of Icurio will no longer recognize Fate and Honor as country. You have been put on our list of rogue/terrorist states. Maybe we'll be the only country that isn't so eager to embrace the new revolutionary government but at least I know that we'll be doing what's right.

When my peoples made the lasting friendship between our two nations we made it with the Emperor. Can we trust this new regime as we trusted the old one. It was not the republic rather the empire that helpped my small nation become modernized as it is today. This new ruler is questionable to say the least, and I have met the former Emperor numerous times and I was honored to have him dine in my halls. We will remain friends and allies with your nation. But I fear your sudden revolution may influence my own peoples to fight back and revolt their former administration. We still honor all agreements made by the late emperor and recognize the Republic.

Our troops are entering your outlying imperial holdings to maintain order and law; and to quash any advantage taking revolutionary groups or movements. We trust all is well.

Yr Widdfa is disgusted, not with the formation of the republic but with the methods used. We offer refuge to any who feel threatened by this murderous new government and hope that the bloodshed will end before it becomes any worse. Any officials of the old regime or loyalists will be granted asylum in Yr Widdfa or any of its holdings and embassies.

Allexius, on behalf of our Imperial Family and the six million subjects here in Raseac, we would like to send our deepest sympathies to you and your people. I know what a great friend and trusted advisor of the Emperor you were. I trust that all will miss the great works and good humor of your fallen leader. The Imperiums resources were now almost single-mindedly focussed on a task; analysing and assessing the new 'Republic of Fate and Honor'. The Emperor himself had order the Tech. Corps to begin an extensive subterfuge program, involving computer hacking and surveilllance. The results were horrifying; concealed deep within the systems were hidden surveillance tapes, plans, documents, memos and dossiers, conspiring towards the assassination of the Emperor of Fate and Honor.
Marcus turned angrily from the screen; seetihng with rage. He slammed his fist against the console, watching the wide eyed technicians cower.
"Fools; they have declared war on Empire, then the Empire shall declare war on them. THis foul and bloody deed will not go unpunished."

Our troops are in place and are continuing to maintain calm; however we are recieving scrambled reports of rebel activity in Rasma; stand by for a security and tactical update via Internal Systems in 24 hours. DO not interfere until then.

The Empire of the Japanese People has the deepest sympathies for the Emperor's death and sends a gift of 100,000,000 Yen to the new Republe of Fate and Honor. The Empire of the Japanese Empire also ask why the new ruler of the new founded 'Republic of Fate and Honor' would want to change its government after their beloved Emperor's death. The Empire seeks to do an investigation on this, regardless of what the Republic says.

I am nervous towards Chronosia's interference in our civil affairs. Why should the Republic not interfere with its' own affairs. I will not comment on the reasons behind changing governments after the death of the Emperor, and I refuse to allow the Empire of The Japanese People permission to conduct an investigation!

The Emperor stood ready.
"Activate" He whispered.
The signal was sent; the encoded data, the supposed tactics, flooded the Republics servers, effectively spamming their computer network. His men worked tirelessly to push the trojan horse laden data through the republic. IN the meantime, simulatenously, explosives rocked the outer territories as Chronosia sponsered began to erupt; the Emperors war of vengence had begun.
He paused, adjusting his raiment in the command room; awaiting the moment when the Republic would react; and he would gain his chance.
To broadcast.

The Republic condemns these attacks against our nation for no good reason! You have downed our systems, and distabilized our communications. This must stop! The Republic will not stand against such an action!

The Consul scurried around the control center, talking to aids and government advisors trying to figure out the scope of the situation. Almost all of the governments infastructure was not accesesible due to the downing of computers and communication. It was no avail, all he could do was sit back and watch events unfold.

A figure appeared on screens across the republic, a voice boomed across radio. "I am the Emperor of the Chronosian Imperium; I am the reason that your government and communications have failed, and for the hostilities in the outskirts of the old Empire. My forces are prepared to advanced inward to right the wrongs of the new system and punish the traitor in your midst."
The footage played, of the Emperors bloody asassination.
"There you have it. You can decide now, for yourselves, how your government will be dealt with; and if not, then traitor shall yield in blood to the Imperium.
Long live the true Emperor of Fate and Honor"

Within minutes of the broadcast millions upon millions of Fate and Honor citizens took to the streets. They chanted the phrase "Long live the true Emperor of Fate and Honor", which was uttered by the Emperor of Chronosia.

In the Capital the protest were extreme. Citizens marched through the streets toward the capital building with ever-increasing ferocity. The citizens reached the capital building, and stopped in front of the gates. The guards opened the gates and joined the mob.

Alexius sensing immediate peril called in the home-stationed Republican Legions to supress the crowd who grew angrier outside the building - calling for the re-instatement of the Empire.

Alexius placed the phone call to home-stationed Legion commanders, "The citizens have taken up against us, we need the support of the Republic's Legion."

The commander replied, "There are no Legions of a Republic."

Alexius replied in a confused voice, "What the hell do you mean, we have a damn army! Now stop toying and get here!."

The commander with a furious look on his face hollered into the phone, "We are the Emperor's Legion! We serve him in life, and in death. We do not serve a corrupt, criminal government."

With that the commander slammed the phone down and gave ordered to the army to move onto the capital. This commanders sentiments were echoed throughout the entire military, as they felt mis-used and lied to.

The first of the Imperial Legions arrived as protestors climbed on top of the capital building, raising the old Imperial Symbol and raising pictures of the late Emperor Robertius.

Soldiers marched into the capital carrying Imperial Insignias and stormed the building. Arresting all members of the corrupt, illegal, criminal regime, and assasination conspirators.

Minutes later, in records not yet destroyed soldiers uncovered the will of the Emperor. This would reveal the Heir Apparent to the Emperor. The soldiers brought it outside, and using a PA system spoke to the crowd.

"Attention! It is with all honor that we re-instate the legal government of this fine nation - the Empire." Crowd cheers and interupts the speaker "The legally binding will of the Emperor has survived and has revealed the heir." The crowd focused their attention on the speaker. "These are the words of the Emperor: It was brought to my attention, that a young aspiring government official who rules with all justice and order over our capital has done so well. With an unflinching attitude he has reduced crime, restored our capitals blooming economy, and brought prosperity to those under his enlightened local rule. The Governor of Ipitus Superior, Jius Alexander, is to be the heir to my thrown."

With those words the crowd split apart, almost with divinity creating a path for a slender un-imposing individual to walk to the steps of the capital building. He walked to the steps, and turned to the crowd. He spoke to the crowd holding up the Imperial Insignia, "He brought us from nothing, to everything. His name, brought light into our dark. We owe all we have to his benevolent rule. There are a few, greedy criminals, who wished to have him killed but failed. The Emperor lives on in all of us! Long live the Emperor, and the Empire!"

The crowd roared, throwing support behind their new Emperor and weeping in the memory of Robertius. The military screamed the Imperial Oath over the roar of the crowd, and finally the Imperial staff was handed to Alexius. He was now the rightful, and legal Emperor of the Empire of Fate and Honor.

Even though The Empire of The Japanese People have a population of 9 million, it will send an army of 500,000 men and tanks to attack The Republic of Fate and Honor while a navy of 10 cruise bombers launch missles. While they attack, Intelligence of Japan (I.o.J) will investigate the Palace, after solid proof is concluded for the 'accident' the Emperor died in, it will declare the real truth; whether it be an accident or not.

((OOC: I seriously consider you edit the amount of troops you sent. Your small nation has neither the capacity or funding for such an operation. Oh, and perhaps you should have read the post above. Think about it, even though you have 500,000 men what makes you automatically assume they all have necesarry equipment and such that will allow them to fight a way? The Empire of the Japanese People has thought about their decision and has withdrew its troops and is sending them back.
