I would be interested in purchasing the land that is on the eastern edge of Kahta, I feel that it is a threat to my national security. Any nation wishing to invade Kahta and avoid the Victoria wall would simply need to invade through that land and basically stab me in the back. I would be willing to pay a sum of $32,996,000,000 ($20 Trillion Kahtan Dollars)
