Several days ago, a group of rebels fired on an imperial tax collector and his body guards. Of course I would not stand for this, so I sent in unit of the Grand Army of the Empire that was stationed in the Province. However, the rebels prooved more troublsome than ever, they actually made a stand against the troops and fled. Now they've ignited rebellion in three overseas provinces! And the very worst of it is the fact that my cousin, HH Prince Karl, the Viceroy of Sealand, is at the head of the rebellion. Now, most of my troops are overseas, so I was wondering if any of you would send some help to crush the rebels! I've already sent several units, but I fear the rebellion is much more out of control than I thought.

The Grand Council of Araznatan is most interested in supplying you with arms and other military equipment as well as committing troops to combat the insurgent virus that plagues your nation. We will also provide advisors that have extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with insurgents and dissidents. We are also interested in opening an embassy within Tharr and setting up peaceful diplomatic relations and communication with your great nation.

We're battling insurgents of our own, but could assist you in your time of distress. We can send a bomber squadron of B-52s and carpet bomb the rebels. It might be messy, but it will be effective. If you give us the green light, we can be there in about 13 hours.

:gundge: I will not stand for any form of lawlessness in such a reasonable neighbor if you need my aid.... You have whatever means I can provide to help quell this uprising.

Thank you very much! You see, I was just recently crowned Emperor, so I still am gaining expierience as I go. I am very greatful for the reinforcements and supplies sent as well.

Today, four more units of the Grand Army arrived in the rebellious provinces (200,000 troops), along with a full fleet of ships, and a unit of the Imperial Guard (100,000 troops), this combined with immense amount of reinforcements sent, and the remaining two units of the Grand Army (100,000 troops), allowed the allied forces to score a major victory over the rebels. The losses have yet to be calculated, but the rebellion is nearly crushed, for only a shattered rebel army remains (as many have become disillusioned and deserted).

You're help has been great! Would any of you be interested in forming a perminent alliance? The terms of the treaty would be:
I. Military support in times of war or crises
II. A commercial alliance as well; with garenteed traid between us
III. National "Friendship" so to speak
