The Ottoman Government request Napoleonic Empire Government sent a Ambassador discuss a Non Aggression Pact treaty.The Meeting will held in Istanbul. At the Topkapi Palace.( http://www.ee.bilkent.edu.tr/~history/topkapi.html) .Ambassador Fatima al Bashir will head for the Ottoman side of the meeting.

We are assigning Marian Levitte, a trusted confidante of mine, to be our Ambassador to our friends the Ottoman Khaif. He will be arriving with a small escort, includin Agent T of the FED and his niece Hailee.- Foreign Minister Raphael Locke

Ambassador Levitte, in an overcoat and boulder hat, comes in with a smile into the conference room, taking off his hat and coat and handing it to his niece, who hung them on the rack nearby. There were only two seats provided for both of the Ambassadors, so Hailee stood, as did Mustafa.

Levitte nodded from under his glasses. This man was business. He spread his papers across the table and then looked to the young ambassador.

"Shall we begin?"

"I understand this much. However, how are you planning on making the exact articles of this resolution? What implications will the Union face when we sign this treaty? As far as we understand, you are in a state of Cold War against he Soviets. We are neutral to this conflict, except towards the Soviet Europeon Union, for which we harbor negative feelings. We understand that the Non-Aggression Pact would constitute not using military force against the Ottoman Khaif, however, does this include trade with the Soviets, economic or humanitarian aid, or other such programs seperate from the military that would grant aid to these nations."

Levitte nodded.

"Let us assume that we attack for very good reason. The offending nation had supported illegal terrorist groups in our nation, so, we tried to route out the threat at its source. Would it be acceptable for the Ottomans to aid us here?'

Instead, we wish to find a way to import Ottoman oil supplies, as ours are limited, and we are making major locomotive developments in our infrastructure.

Also, we are wishing to open a free passage agreement for both of our nations. We request access to the Nile River, and the neighboring canals and rivers that travel insland for our access to increase trade for our merchantile vessels. In return, we will give you passage from the Mediterranean into the Atlantic free of tolls. Also free access to the Carribean Sea and the Mississippi River.

In addition to these two, we offer our latest technology in steam locomotion, underwater passage technology, and also in armored warfare. This is a sign of goodwill and possibly a sign of unity between our nations. We do not request technology in return, just acknowledgement of our contributions.

Marian got up and nodded, and was escorted by Mustafa and followed by Hailee as they exited the conference room and headed for their transport back to Corsica.
