Title: PFM/McLeodian peace agreement
Signatiories: King Michael McLeod I, General Secretary Kim Hamilton
Date: 12 September 2004
This agreement will hereby end all hostilities between the nation of McLeod03 and the PFM political party. From this moment, the lands currently held by the PFM will remain under their control, and all Morrison lands will be placed back under McLeodian control.
The PFM will remove any aggressive units from the border, and will invest in troops to help maintain national security of both nations by placing said troops along the border. The McLeodian Armed Forces will also place troops along said border
The PFM will sign a non-aggression pact with the McLeodian Royal Family, and will pay reparations for any damage caused. They will return the Nightingale class battle carrier to Atlantica Prime, and allow the crew to be arrested and tried for their crimes. They will also agree to an annual taxation as per any McLeodian colony, of 10% of their gross domestic product.
The PFM government will include at least 20% McLeodian members, so as to ensure this treaty is properly maintained and no laws are passed that could endanger McLeod03.

Following the end of the massive civil war that rocked our country, numerous McLeodian construction firms have been awarded multi-billion dollar contracts to rebuild the countryside and both towns and cities wrecked by conflict. It has been decided to offer two major contracts to international construction committees.
Contract One - Capital City Rebuild
Following the nuclear blast that destroyed the entire downtown area of McLeodia, as well as causing major fires that ripped apart the remainder of the commercial and industrial sectors, and devastated multipple suburbs, a major rebuild is required of the entire capital city. Contract offers should include:
Easily distinguishabel commercial, industrial, and residential zones.
Public transport network (preferably high speed, either monorail or subway), linking all three areas.
Road networks capable of handling large amounts of heavy traffic.
Accommodation for more than twenty million people.
A large international airport with multiple runways and terminals, capable of handling any known airliner on at least two of those runways
Large dock facilities capable of handling deep water container ships and containing major commercial dry-dock facilities.
Contract Two - Royal Palace rebuild
This second contract is for any company willing to rebuild the Royal Palace. Almost all the main buildings were destroyed or declared unsafe. The only surviving areas were the underground access tunnels leading to MAFCCP. The main building should include:
A main building on a grand scale, worthy of a powerful King.
Helipad facilities for up to six helicopters.
Passive sensors for security purposes, including full motion and pressure sensors, as well as CCTV coverage of every last part of the house.
Large gardens and courtyards, as well as a major water feature in front of the house.
Sufficient outbuildings or internal rooms to house nearly 2,000 staff and advisors.
Accomodation for the recently expanded Royal Guard, capable of housing 1,500 security guards, their arsenal, and hundreds of security vehicles
Road and river access, preferable central within the city.
All offers of contracts should include an estimated cost, time to completion, and any other special requirements in terms of workforce or industrial construction. Any offers submitted should be written in standard print, and be addressed to the Ministry of Reconstruction, or its minister, Anna Jamieson.
