Reports today come from the Republic of Sinear reading that they have started military excersices. Several special forces groups and weapons plants have been made and are training. Official Responce to this is, "We are preparing for the worst, we are defencless as it is and need the proper men and equipment in order to defend ourselves."

Though infantry and small arms are in full swing, no production of armored vehicles or aircraft has been sighted.

Should Sinear need weapons or training from the Empire of Fate and Honor we would be happy to provide said items and services. The Emperor is willing to train and supply a small force of 1,500 Sinearian soldiers who in turn can train their fellow Sinerians.

Furthermore, the Emperor wishes your fledgling nation luck in its' future prospects. May peace and prosperity fall softly upon your fields.
