In the interests of maintaining our sacred duty to defend her citizens, the Republic of Mac Cumhail wishes to request information and bids regarding the acquisition of military equipment and armaments.

Our primary concern at this time is the development of an effective, responsive infantry force with some light armour agumentation. We hope to begin with an infantry regiment consisting of two dismounted battallions (650 infantrymen apiece), with a supporting armoured company for the time being.

Of secondary importance is the development of air support forces for the infantry, primarily in terms of air transports and close-support aircraft.

Note: In revision to our previous statement, we don't wish to develop one regiment in TOTAL, but rather to use this template as our baseline for our military, which consists currently of 150,000 deployable troops currently in the army, with air or naval forces as yet undeveloped.

We apologize for our lack of clarity; we are in search of military armaments, but in greater quantities than we had previously indicated. We will systematically list our needs as we more fully understand them, and as we determine the best route for our nation.

To Minister Julii;

We have identified the initial infantry forces we will be required to outfit, and are interested in purchasing a quantity of your AK-105 Assault Rifles and Pecheneg light machine guns with which to equip our infantry.

The quantity and features we wish to secure are as follows;
23,724 AK-105 Assault Rifles (if possible, we would like to have 1500 equipped with a grenade launcher between 30 and 45 mm).

6576 Pecheneg Light Machine Guns.

We wish to purchase twenty magazines for each of the AK-105s, and 3 for each of the Pechenegs.

5,931,000 is the base price for the Kalashnikovs, with the Pechenegs costing 1,315,200. This totals to 7,246,200 dollars, if I am not mistaken. We wish to apply your gracious discount toward the grenade launchers, magazines, and ammunition for the equipment, as well as the required maintenance gear.

Are these terms acceptable to you, Minister Julii?
