The Emperor personally condemns this attack on innocent refugees. In his eyes there was absolutely no reason to kill them, rather than simply turn them away. In his eyes you are a roque nation, and a menace to humanity.
The Emperor hopes someday that this blatant agression will be paid back to you two-fold.
