The Tribunal members Drake, Traj, and Jacen sat on their thrones in the magnificent Ball room of the Imperial Palace. Where the conference will be held. The talked quietley as last minute preperations were being made. Comfortable seats were being placed while the Royal Cafeteria was being prepared for dozens of guests. Security was unbelivably tight. No one was aloud of out of their houses in the City. If they were they went to jail. There was a no fly-zone around the city and Dozens of D-1s were in the air at any given time. Tanks roamed the city and such. Now they had to only wait for the delegates to arrive

Because of the recent birthin the Imperial Family, the Emperor will not attend. Instead, we will be sending our Foreign Minister Raphael Locke.- Prime Minister Sophie Marseilles

The limo carrying the Greek flag and the Dracun imperium flag parked near the Imperial Palace. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yeoryios Papandreou walked out and headed toward the large double door that was guarded by two guards. He did not bring any bodyguards because he heard that the security here is very tight.

"I am Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yeoryios Papandreou of Greece. We are a member of the Ancient Powers Alliance and where invited to attend. I was send from the Emperor, Nikolaos the Great to represent Greece in the conference. Here are all the papers that will allow me to enter.” said Yeoryios.

“Very well then you may enter.” Said the guard on the right side of the double door.

Yeoryios Papandreou walked in the huge Imperial Palace. He was guessing that somebody will come and show him the way so he decided to seat at one of the chairs.

The Tribunal was alerted to the delegates presence and immiedtely sent someone to show the delegate the way to ball room. Preperation had finaly been completed and now all was done now they had yet to wait for the other delegates

The calmly cool headed Locke came from his transportation and without hesistation walked up the steps with his briefcase. Not giving a word to the guards or other escorts, he immediately came into the ball room, almost instinctively knowing where it is. His grey suit stood out a bit as he placed his briefcase down and pulled off his hat and overcoat.

He looked to the Greek minister, before sitting down at the conference table he was lead too, bringing his briefcase with him, which he placed on top of the table.
