We, the people of the Republic of Mac Cumhail, extend our greetings and good wishes to our neighbors both in the region of the North Pacific and the world as a whole.

We wish to make the following affirmations to our neighbors in the world community:

1) We affirm the right of all men to live in peace.

2) We affirm the authority of a nation to protect her citizens by all reasonable means.

3) We affirm the right to religious liberty.

4) We affirm the right to self-determination within the structure of common law.

5) We affirm that where law does not speak, common sense must prevail.

6) We affirm that cooperation is the key to betterment.

We invite any of our neighbors who are of like mind to our principles to visit our capital city of Tintagel, and even to establish an embassy.

We eagerly await your responses, and hope for your visitations.

His Magnificence, The Sultan of Vastiva, has directed that one acre of land be put aside in Sisu Vaari, our capital city, for your usage in building an embassy.

We would forewarn you that our land is known for its bitterly cold winters. If our local experts can be of assistance in design or building, they will be made available to you with haste. Local materials will also be made available to you, and a Weyker dome will be placed around your embassy territory, complete with hydrogen-cell heater units, at no charge. This dome will allow you to maintain any climate within the dome itself, up to the temperate regional weather patterns.

We make no guarantee for the weather outside the dome, however, as even this habitable region has seen winds into three digits, and climates down to bone-chilling.

It is our sincere desire that this be the beginning of a long and mutually advantageous relationship between our nations.

Vizier Javani, the Republic of Mac Cumhail extends its thanks for your generosity in your provision for our embassy. The Legislature will meet with the Office of Diplomatic Affairs to select and appoint an ambassador to your nation. We also wish to offer an acre of territory to your nation for use toward an embassy within our lands. While not so intense as yours, our winters are appreciable, marked by their wetness more than anything; our nation's weather tends toward a consistent rainfall for much of the year, in a matter similar to Great Britain.

We are dispatching two C-71 transports with materials to construct a Weyker dome on the patch of land put aside. If adequate materials can be purchased within your nation, the entire interior of the dome will become our embassy proper.

Our diplomatic staff is being chosen as this is being written; we would appreciate some further knowledge of your nation if such is possible.
