New R&D Concept for addition to the new nuclear "submersible fleet".

SSCVN-X Experimental Submersible Nuclear Aircraft Carrier.

Displacement: 92,000 tons (?)

Length: 1300ft (?)
Beam: 112 ft (?)
draft: 98ft (?)

Crew: (?)
Aircraft: (?)

Torpedo Tubes: 24(?) 21"
VLS Tubes: (?)

Unit will be designed to operate in "fleet" operations with other concept vessels as the SSBGN-X Submersible Battleship.

At only 92,000 tons it would not have much in the way of aircraft capacity. Probably only around 10 or so aircraft. A submersible aircraft carrier needs about 100,000 tons per 10 aircraft, as a general rule, just because of the physics of submersible warfare and carrying aircraft involved.

Talk to Iuthia my friend. He has designs and has created a working submersible carrier. If you could somehow talk him into letting you build his kind OR you can just make a copy of his, we would put down a 1 trillion dollar investment in the program. We are very interested in haveing submersible carrier's.

OCC:Plus his picture looks alot more better. No offense

well the displacement and dimentions may go up, most likely will be able to carry 30 or so aircraft. and 10 aircraft per 100,000 tons? Maybe under the old concept of placeing a single aircraft in an external presure hull. Which is not done in this case.... It of course can't hold any on deck.... but it has a "hangar deck" inside the presure hull. and aircraft are "lifted to the flight deck, via a massive o-ring type hydraulic hatch (2 hatch system) via an elevator. It'll most likely ~ 110,000 tons once it gets going. Displacement is further off, from traditional systems, since the superstructure between the pressurhull and flight deck is free-flood.
