Simply put, Sileetris neuroscientists believe they can design and create a chip that will effectively turn off the barrier between the concious and subconcious minds. If all goes according to plan, this should theoretically make someone super-observant, quick reacting, and extremely brilliant logically. Obviously the subconsious isnt supposed to be at a concious level for very long, so to prevent damage it will have a percentage of blocking, along with a cutoff switch in case neural readings begin going abnormal. Planned implementation for this technology includes first and foremost, jet-fighter pilots. This chip will become part of the Mobius program, an ongoing study of how to increase human pilot combat performance, the previous major breakthrough being a neural uplink to a plane's computer systems, and a balance shutoff device for the pilot.
