The latest reports indicate a huge rebellion in the once loyal city of Frendrez. The remnants of the Deathmaster have taken over City Hall, and are threatening to kill the Officials. They also have 400 Civilians Hostage and a bomb attached to a near-by office building.
This rebellion is the 2nd in a string of southern cities once ruled by Skintch. The Lexicanum and Chief Tech-Priest have dispatched several detachments of Cataliam Warriors, and Specialist Troops, to hold balance in the larger cities. A represenitive of the God-Emperor has declared Lockdown on the following cities: Cretian, Frendrez, Rengreey, and Fenris The Fortress-City. Only military and humanitarian aid is allowed in and out.
