NOTING the support of the government of Decisive Action for various white paramilitary groups, including but not limited to, Avengers of Christ, Concerned Citizens, White Citizens' Council, Byzantium Militant Front,

ALARMED at the threat of assassination that said terrorists present to the leaders of various states, including but not limited to, IDF, Hattia, GE, Collectible Knicknacks, Hallad, Celack, ANL, Grenval, Hamptonshire, Jonothana, and our own,

DEEPLY DISTURBED by the use of DA resources for operations by the aforementioned terrorist groups, the Militant Empire of Tyrandis

THEREFORE DEMANDS THAT:

1. Decisive Action ceases support of said groups
2. Decisive Action expels said groups from their borders by any means necessary.

If Tyrandis's demands are not met by the letter, severe consequences will follow. However, as Tyrandis is a generally peaceful and nonbelligerent state, we will not commit active military resources until all other channels of coercion are attempted.

I support Tyrandis and it appears that DA doesn't ignore me still since he put a bounty out on me and thus verifying I exist in his universe. When Tyrandis is done we hope the Nazis will be burning in Hell.

It does not mean that it is somehow sacred information known only to an elite group, and it certainly does not mean that only you know anything about what is going on. Aside from that, I never put a price on the head of ANY of DA's people, so getting placed on the global hit-list by him really pissed me off.

If he didn't try hiding behind the multitude of puppet organizations and showed some spine (like that will ever happen) by putting the bounties in the name of his own government, I wouldn't have issued these demands.

Official Business Council Notice, Ratified 10 to 2, with 88 abstains

We, the leading members of the Industrial Experiment Business Council, hereby release Commandore Patricia Macklin, flag officer of Industrial Experiment's oceanic and planet-bound naval forces, to use all due force in the protection of Decisive Action's lands until a point is reached at which there is enough empirical evidence available to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Fabus regime is indeed supporting these terrorists groups. Should this come to be, we will detain leading members of the government ourselves and transport them off-planet to our Europan Colony (One of only two holdings we maintain in the Sol system) to stand trial for their mis-givings against society.

We do this for two reasons.

A. The threatened tortures and executions of the entire Fabus family by the agressors in this situation are unacceptable to any nation sufficiently advanced to understand the inherent value of human life, no matter the crimes commited

B. Considering that the Europan Colony has little to no contact with Earth, and takes no interest in any news coming from the Earth Colony, we believe a truely objective jury can be used in a fair trial

Any attempts to break through Industrialite naval lines, or any attempts to invade Decisive Action over land, will be met with equal or greater force. Any attempts to invade Industrial Experiment's Earth colony will be met with overwhelming force.

OoC: A few things to note:

A. My sea navy, though miniscule in comparison to my space fleet, rests at a decent number (A number you would expect from a 300 Million pop nation) and is something like 2030 technology. I limit myself in the interest of still being able to RP with modern-tech nations

B. What I mean by overwhelming force is that my Earth Colony is set in a territory that closely resembles the Rocky Mountains, and the defense force is set at roughly 2070 technology, due to the fact that this is my actual territory you're attacking. So basically, you'll be dealing large amounts of mines, very advanced AA systems (Though no airforce), and very advanced active camofluage systems, all in a very mountainous area. Basically, amazingly hard to invade, but not impossible, and very very costly

C. I've always supported CM, and his subsequent life as DA, simply because he always seems to be ganged up on. He's too good an RPer to have his nation wasted like, say, Hataria's

Just so you know, I only recognize military tech up to 2015. Nothing higher, simply because then we go into space-tech territory.

Besides, like I said before, armed force will only be used as a last resort.

I have no beef with CM, but his puppetry really ticks me off.

OoC: Meh, it isn't all too bad. Just stuff like advanced water-jet propulsion on the ships for a bit more speed (Say, instead of an upper limit in the low fourties of knots for subs, something like the high sixties), higher power from fusion reactors, etc. The weapons are essentially the same, just slightly more durable and accurate, etc. It's basically a small progression. The 2070 is just to deter people from attacking my colony itself, and to maintain realism. I am over 2000 years ahead of most modern tech nations, afterall. It's actually quite convenient. People either invade and take the punishment from guerilla warfare fought with high-tech stuff, or they ignore, and it works out basically the same.

EDIT: And for the fleet, you must keep in mind that it's amazingly small. I've only got three carriers, and two of them always stay in dry-dock at my colony, so they can be refit with new crew compliments at any time. Then one is rotated out and the other is rotated in, etc.

Well, we did all place bounties on the heads of the Fabus family, though I wish the senior Fabus would grow some cajones and place a bounty on my head himself.

We support Tyrandis thouroghly however we don't feel that military interference is neccesary until DA rejects the terms outright.
