Ratheia has decided, rather recently that they plan to build upon the new Soviet tank models, including the T-80 and have created the R-80. Which is basically a T-80 with slightly thicker armor and gunner slits, for some reason.
1,000 of these tanks are currently being constructed, with plans for 10,000 to be created over a 5 year plan.

Ratheia has also decided to buy 1,000 Russian SU-47 Berkuts for their National Army, but due to lack of funding only 200 have been purchased as of yet.

Ratheia currently has spent almost all of it's military funding on equipping the army of 25,000 with AN-94 Automatic Weapons, the best in the world.

Nuclear program is currently moving along rather sluggishly.

Ratheia plans to have the army fully armed rather soon, due to high income taxes to be enstated soon.

As for nuclear technology, we only have reserves. We have yet to have ICBM's and long range bombers.

Ratheia has recently entered into production of a modified version of the Kirov Class Battleship that is being called the Solar Flare because of it's primary weapon; The Sunburn Missile. This Battlecrusier has been stripped off all weapons to make room for Sunbrun Missile positions. The cruiser can carry up to 120 Missiles in various sections of the ship and is meant to be a defence against enemy fleets and not meant as an attacker, although it can be. It has gained the nickname "crippler" because it crippler entire fleets with its deadly missiles. After an ill-fated attack by Hataria and a blockade by another nation Rathia has decided to get to work on getting a Navy operational.

Space Projects

After several years of quiet and peace Ratheia has declared a sudden massive military build-up as a celebration of reaching two billion citizens!

Almost all levels of the military have been upgraded with more advanced systems and then doubled in size. The Nuclear Missilemen have seen huge growth.
