Today we would like to extend an open invitation to all those nations that seek economic stability and continuity for their nations to join with us in a conference to be held in Maslawyia.
Issues such as Scarcity, Inflation, Unemployment, Interest Rates and Macroeconomic Policies will be discussed in the pursuit of reaching a common goal. When sufficient interested is initiated a time and place will be given. If a nation is interested please tell us if you are going to send a Finance Minister.

The Empire of Fate and Honor will be sending our Minister of Finance to this convention. Should the convention need somewhere to be held, the doors of the Empire of Fate and Honor are open to it.

I request permission to come to this conference. I will arrive in a CH-53 helicopter, with one of the Emperor's bodyguard teams. We hope you do not take this as an insult. Lately, economic conferences have resulted in the capture and death of some negotiators. I would not like to be the next casualty. In the event of any "funny stuff" a full supercarrier fleet will be waiting in international waters near your nation. Will these terms be acceptable?

We do not mind your minister have his own bodyguard team and as long your ship remains in international waters then that is fine. We would like to reassure you that security will be tight at this conference. Our intentions are for this to be strictly an economics discussion.

Our general feels suspicious about the presence of such a large fleet he just needs to be reassured the Maslawyia is not under any potential threat.
