In nation states the way you change regions is a with a fleet of military choppers that pick up your entire country and move it. Why not turn this into a very powerful super weapon. I mean you have the choppers, and you can lift your country, which is bascially a giant slab of rock, what reason do you have not to drop that giant slab of rock onto your enemys.

OOC: That has nothing to do with RPs! Besides, can you imagine the landmass being lifted, it would travel at speeds of 2m/s! That means the enemy nation can simply nuke it in the air.
