I have come up with an idea to settle the uprising in the Middle East and political tensions that have been occuring in Libya and the Western Sahara. I remind all this is just an idea for consideration. I just thought it could help. The plan's details are as follows:

All nations would set a orginiztion that governed all Arab territorial colonies. This orginization would be responsible for the day to day running of the combined territories. However the nations that owned the colonies would jointly govern by committee. The committee would have veto powers over the lower committee. All procceeds in oil, manufactoring, shipping, tourism, etc. would be shared. For example purposes lets say that we call this governing orginization the Arab Union. Okay so the Arab Union would be governed by democratically elected representatives. They would run the day to day but the Upper Commmittee made of the colonial owners would collect the tax and profits and redistribute it into the nations and keep for themselves. The lower committee would have power to govern religion and other policies but all decisions would recieve final approval from the Upper Committee.

So here it is

Upper Committee( Made up of countries that own the colonies)- would have a say in all final decisions and recieve all funds and allocate appropriately

Lower Committee( Made up of elected representatives from all the territories) Would govern day to day.

Religious Council- A governing body for all religions( Made up of Chrisitans, Muslim, and Jews) They would advise the Lower Council.

Well I did write this to help solve your problem so I guess it is both Earths. This really just a broad plan for all Earths.

Mississippi (Which is 2,000 miles long by 3,000 miles wide) (Just stretch each county and imagine a much larger state, but right where Mississippi belongs, yeah it's king of hard to imagine, but what the hell, it's a game, and we're not even on Planet Earth, we just use real locations to get a good grasp for where abouts we'd be)

Tennessee (All of it) 20 million white colonists + native whites.

Kentucky (All of it) 20 million white colonists + native whites.

Fabus Island (It's a manmade island and it's about 25-30 miles off the coast of Mississippi, it's about 20 miles wide by 30 miles long)

Western Sahara (All of it) 9,500,000 white colonists. 50,000 native Arabs, 100,000 Angolan blacks.

We have problems in Western Sahara in that we face the prospect of a resurgence of militant Islam. We'd like to deport or liquidate the muslim population from Western Sahara, well at least I would, but the Czar and the rest of the Federal Authority won't grant me the authority to do so. And Federal Authority comes before Commonwealth Authority, and nobody comes before the Czar. I suggest we attempt to argue a case for ethnic cleansing to the Czar. I ask you help me write up this case."

NO! Ethnical cleansing is not the answer. Your nation should try and reach the hearts and the minds of the people. You also need to put money behind more moderate Clerics. Extremeism is not the answer. I say we have unilateral negotiations between the Islamic Front is Western Sahara, White colonists, and all nations that own any land in the Middle East. We can find a diplomatic solution.

OOC: Unfortunately CK is controlled by a rather odd dictator. He's not too maniacal, and certainly not a Muslim, but he's extremely anti-Far Right Wing. He's in power thanks to a large popular uprising, and technically he's a temporary President using Emergency Legislatory Powers.

We are only acting as middle men. We want a peaceful Middle East. The plan can be revised and amended. Like I said it is not official it is just an idea.

This plan is free to change. You can adapt or put up your own plans. I would like to see some.
