26 are dead after two carbombs explode outside of a government building in the city of Frundel, Havlandic. These attacks, which took place Thursday, September 16, took the Havlandic People by surprize causing mass panic and caused public buildings to be shutdown. No nation has taken responsibility, although inteligence reports indicate it may have been The Empire of The Spot 3, who was ejected from the region Yafutoma, in which Havlandic is located. Havlandic was the nation that made the move to eject The Spot 3, but a majority vote came from the rest of the region.

The Empire of Fate and Honor condemns these attacks and officialy supports the nation of Havlandic. Should the government provide sufficient evidence as to the involvement of The Spot 3 in the terrorist attacks, the Empire of Fate and Honor will consider assisting Havlandic in a war against them.

We will, however, not go to war against them unless sufficient evidence has been produced.

Seeing the large international support that terrorism and Maslawyia has we will back down and return our forces home. Agreed with Ponchopolis. The real enemy is the terrorists that caused this attack. No one has even talked about the poor peoples of Havlandic our neighbor. Their the victims here. The Spot 3 rebels are the real enemy here so is any other terror group looking to bring down our modern world.

Imperial Forces stationed off the coast of Maslawyia have went into action since negotiations have failed.

The Emperor has issued the following statement:
The world has seen the menace of Maslawyia, and we will now bring justice to their terrorist regime.
Shipboys scurried around the cruisers, pilots scramble to their planes, and ground troops/vehicles load onto the transports. The Captain of the Imperial Cruiser Legio issues the first command of the war.

"Fire!"

Upon his command 45 Cruisers and 15 Nuclear Submarines unleashed a barrage of cruise missiles. The missiles whizzed over head targeting Maslawyian infastructure and terrorist camps, while preserving the life of innocents.

While the barrage of cruise missiles pounded specialized positions, ground troops loaded onto the transports and prepared to land an attack.

"Alright boys, we're going to get some real action here. You need to study your plan, your buddies plan, and your officers orders to know EVERYTHING you need to know. Be careful to to harm civilians. We see shore soon."

A second barrage of cruise missiles were launched, targeting major bridges and roadway. Their attempt was to paralyze the enemy movement. Soldiers in the transports could hear the missiles screaching over-head.

"This is Squadron-1 F-14 flight-group, ready to take off and move out."

"This is Squadron-2 F-16 flight-group, we are also ready to move out."

"Afirmative, you have greent to go Squadron-1 and 2.

The roar of the jet engines made the outside of the carriers defening, and they flew off. Their mission was air-superiority and to finish off areas targeted by cruise missiles.

Finally B-52's flew over major cities, scattering leaflets asking the people of Maslawyia to overthrow their horrible government and to assist the Benevolent Empire of Fate and Honor.

The attack results have yet to be seen in full.

Blastphamy! My country has no army, weapons, and was only formed recently. Havlandic pushed for my removal from yafutoma within hours of my nations creation, and banished quickly after, while only 3 nations voted out of twelve. These cars exploded, it is unknown whether they had drivers or if they were planted. Nonetheless, this message shows very clearly that Spot 3 has no problem with setting bombs, and watching them kill innocent lives. Yes, i did expel Spot 3 from the region, but i had full support of the rest of the region. They hold a grudge against my country, and they may still be partly responsible for this bombing.

How is my attack unreasonable? I have the choppers, and they can physically lift my country and move it. This is how you move regions, ever read the text? It clearly states that you lift your country and move it, you have to put it down somewhere, why not on top of your enemies, thus crushing them and winning the war.

Imperial Forces stationed off the coast of Maslawyia have went into action since negotiations have failed.

The Emperor has issued the following statement:

Shipboys scurried around the cruisers, pilots scramble to their planes, and ground troops/vehicles load onto the transports. The Captain of the Imperial Cruiser Legio issues the first command of the war.

"Fire!"

Upon his command 45 Cruisers and 15 Nuclear Submarines unleashed a barrage of cruise missiles. The missiles whizzed over head targeting Maslawyian infastructure and terrorist camps, while preserving the life of innocents.

While the barrage of cruise missiles pounded specialized positions, ground troops loaded onto the transports and prepared to land an attack.

"Alright boys, we're going to get some real action here. You need to study your plan, your buddies plan, and your officers orders to know EVERYTHING you need to know. Be careful to to harm civilians. We see shore soon."

A second barrage of cruise missiles were launched, targeting major bridges and roadway. Their attempt was to paralyze the enemy movement. Soldiers in the transports could hear the missiles screaching over-head.

"This is Squadron-1 F-14 flight-group, ready to take off and move out."

"This is Squadron-2 F-16 flight-group, we are also ready to move out."

"Afirmative, you have greent to go Squadron-1 and 2.

The roar of the jet engines made the outside of the carriers defening, and they flew off. Their mission was air-superiority and to finish off areas targeted by cruise missiles.

Finally B-52's flew over major cities, scattering leaflets asking the people of Maslawyia to overthrow their horrible government and to assist the Benevolent Empire of Fate and Honor.

The attack results have yet to be seen in full.

OOC: I'll deal with the results of the attack in a minute but I just want to point out that you've assumed there are terrorist camps in Maslawyia all I said was that they were basing their operations in maslawyia as in holding meetings in random buildings. Going to banks and sorting out their funds. I never they actively trained recruits or anything of that nature in maslawyia. So I don't think you can target 'terror camps'.

The red light came on in Defensive HeadQuarters. General Vorshank turned to his colleagues,"At least we're ready." Missiles crashed into three major bridges bringing them down upon towns beneath. Meanwhile the roads were virtually empty prepared for the obvious attack upon the motorways. The general turned to his monitor screen and looked at the stats, 45,000 men made up the Defence Legion. Specialising, obviously, in defending the nation in a time of crisis.

"Operation Snow Reverse!,"boomed the general and on the digital map hundreds of anti-aircraft systems came online preparing to fill the sky with 'snow' fire as it had been nicknamed. Sometimes it looked random but so many rounds were fired in a single blast that an aircraft would in many cases be considered lucky to get through.

Meanwhile, along the only smallish coastline of the Mosul Bay enemy soldiers could be seen to be rushing forward across the beach. The decisive benefit to Maslawyia was that the beach was pinned in between two heavily fortified hills. Immediately heavy machine gun and artillery fire started pounding the beach head attempting to push bacl the invaders.

Furthermore, the Army Conscription Law was enforced. Every man in the country had been given the necessary basic equipment to fight any invaders that entered the cities. Many hid in their homemade underground bunkers.

Results of Initial Attacks:

5 Major Bridge points destroyed, 9 minor bridges brought down
Most major road networks at least damaged slightly but many are still at least minimally operable.
Coast as yet has not been effected.

The Fighter Fighter squadrons only got off a few missiles and bombs before they turned away from the incredible amount of fire being poured toward them. One F-14 and two F-16's were destroyed by the AA fire, and several more damaged.

"Holy shit! What is that?"

"That's what they call Anti-Air boy."

"Argh! I'm hit, engine out, bailing!"

"Crap, Ace is down."

"I'm hit, i'm... static"

"God damn! Bailing!"

"This is squadron leader, we're returning to carrier. Few targets have been hit, mission not accomplished."

"Affirmative squadron leader, return and refit. On your way back to carrier, you are ordered to unleash all payloads on defensive positions where our boys are assaulting."

Meanwhile on the beach Legion I was suffering losses from the fighting.

"We're pinned down command! Taking cover behind our heavy vehicles. We need support now!"

"Affirmative Legion I, on our command at a further time push forward."

Once again the naval vessels unleashed their cruise missiles, along with the Abul Abbas Cruise Missile Launchers. The cruise missiles pounded artillery and machine gun positions along the hill.

B-52's roared overheard and a special contingent of paratroopers from the Legion V dropped on top the hills and began an assault on the enplacements.

"This is flight squadron leader, we are approaching defesnive emplacements."

"Roger that, engage."

Missiles roared overhead and precise bombs further hammered positions. Paratroopers landed on the ground and moved out to mop up.

"Legion I, push now!"

Legion I began assaulting up the beach while paratroopers, cruise missiles, and jet fighters pounded the defense on the hills.

Cries are heard all over the city from widowed wives and orphaned children! The Maslawyian Media Machine has come into play and thousands of men have answered the call to arms to defend the nation. The cities of Maslawyia are now empty civilians have taken cover underground while the men have start to make their way through a series of makeshift tunnels to defend the coast and main city of Mosul Square.

The anti-aircraft halts for a few seconds and then restarts. General Vorshank is pleased by the initial repulsion of the intruder but nows there is more to come when suddenly sirens sounds in Defensive HQ! Vast payloads have been dropped upon the retreat of the enemy fighters taking out a series of mobile troop movements that were moving to prepare more anti-aircraft guns.

On the beachhead the machine gun fire starts to die down in parts as casualties are taken. However, the paratroopers had been seen coming down and minigun fire had switched in some instances to try and take out as many of the paratroopers as possible before they landed. As the defences started to shake a Code Zircon Order was issued. Holes began to appear at several points in the beach head surrounding the hills.

Though apparently innocent out of these holes a variety of frag grenades were being fired, volleys of some sort of customised petrol bomb with a great explosion on impact and makeshift stationary flame throwers.

Even more stunning were the rings of fire that emerged around the two hills as ditches filled with petrol were set alight.


Results of Attack:
200 men on the beachhead died almost instantly. Many more were injured. The dropped payloads further damaged infrastructure leading up to the beach thus seemingly isolating the defences. However, men are still taking up arms as they travel quickly from nearby cities through a secret make shift tunnel system to the beach.
Dozens of machine and artillery fire equipment were destroyed.

Artillery rocket systems and tanks began to fire upon the soft edges of the cliffs. Rock crumbled and parts of the hills even began to crumble. B-52's were launched this time to carpet bomb the tops of hills.

Legion I once again pinned down was pouring fire with heavy weapons, tank cannons, and rocket systems into the hillside defenses. The infantry taking cover behind heavy vehicles.

B-52's rumbled overheard unleashing thousands of bombs onto every stretch of the hilltop defences. The thousands of bombs were sending shockwaves through the earth, and dust was being kicked up everywhere. It felt as if the earth was being shattered.

Legion II was landed on the beach, pouring hundreds of more explosive rounds into the hill defenses. Earth crumbling around the holes.

The B-52's were returned to carrier after several circlings of carpet bombing. They had a much more sinister task. While ships fired heavy naval guns, and submarines fired the last of their cruise missiles to wipe out defensive positions the B-52's were being loaded with 20,000lb MOAB's. The B-52's took off and climbed to an elevation out of range from simple anti-air guns. The B-52's then proceeded to major cities of Maslawyia to virtually level them now that they are free of innocents, and to massacre enemy muster points.

Fighter jets took off ahead of the bombers armed with special radar seeking missiles. They struck out at radar positions to allow B-52's free passage from AA-Missiles.

Paratroopers began their assault after B-52's did their job. They hurried off the disable the last of artillery and blast close tunnels leading to the front painted by recon planes who realized reinforcements had to be coming from somewhere.

Legion I suffered an addition 59 men killed, and 142 wounded by the fire weapons.

The paratroopers suffered the most casualties, best reports show 257.

General Vorshank turned to the people in the secret underground base on the offshore Maslawyian islands where they were located. He made a shocking announcement,"Ladies and Gentlemen withdraw all our troops. Order them to all go underground. Prepare the Vixen Reserve load. We have no choice. Our defences above ground have been virtually smashed or will be soon enough."

At 1800 hours the following message was sent to Fate and Honor:

FORCES HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN. WISH FOR AN END TO HOSTILITIES. ENOUGH CASUALTIES. THE BEACH HEAD IS YOURS TO TAKE. LEAVE THE REST OF THE CITY. WE MUST BEGIN TALKS.

Meanwhile the soldiers retreated to take up a different call to arms, to launch a different type of war. The type they never thought they would have to see this in their lifetime. What they had was simple and unstable but thats when it did the most damage. Small reserve, devastating punch. They waited for the enemy to move on to the beach.

The Emperor accepts your request for a cease-fire. B-52's have been recalled from their mission to eliminate Maslawyian cities. Paratroopers have taken the hills and will halt their advance. Legion I and II have moved to the hill and dug in for the ceasefire. No further advance will occure during discussions. Further bloodshed may not need to happen.

All Imperial forces are on stand-by, and will not act in an offensive manner.

All tunnels within the defensive line have been blasted closed. As a reprisal if these talks are a stalling tactic ballistic missiles have been armed on-board the nuclear submarines.

General Vorshank watched on the screen before him the beach head being taken over. The idea came to him as he watched the hilltops crumble. The underground network of tunnels would serve his purposes perfectly.

He chose to have a videolink conference with his opposing number. The screen flickered on and the General spoke:

"Foreign Minister how many men do you believe you have on my beach at this time? I presume this war has cost you many lives,time and money has it not?"

He turned away obscuring the scowl on his face awaiting a reply.

Meanwhile three dozen helicopters flew over Maslawyian waters patrolling their borders around the invading force. They had no intention of fighting. Their orders were to fly just above the water and do what was necessary if the talks were to fail.

Currently Legion I, and remnants of the paratroopers are established on the hilltops where your former defensive positions were. Legion II, III, IV, and V have returned to the fleet awaiting the out-come of these discussions. After fighting the stength in man numbers of Legion I is approximately 81,400.

Further, we wish to notify you once again that in reprisal for if this is a stalling tactic ballistic missiles on-board of nuclear submarines have been armed.

For peace we demand that you allow Imperial Special forces into your country to destroy all terrorist groups.

F-14's and F-16's were dispatched to watch the enemy helicopters. Should helicopters attempt any move, they will be quickly dispatched by our fighters.

"81,400 men that is a lot. Well let me make things clear. Your invasion should stop now. We ask you kindly to withdraw from our waters. The streets of Maslawyia are empty and the cities need an overhaul anyway," scoffed the General.

He turned to the screen his eyes filled with a wily passion for what he knew and they did not:

"If you do not withdraw I can personally guarantee that all 81,400 men will be killed. All of them. Every single one. There is nothing you can do about it either. Unless," he paused," you withdraw your forces and sign this charter that I have had drawn up that limits you from ever taking any forcible action against us. Of course we will not take any forcible action against you either."

"The choice is clear. A massacre for which you were responsible and had the opportunity to stop or peace. Do not try to move your legion either or they will also be destroyed."

"Once again your nation shows its' terrorist traits. Demanding we withdraw or face your terrorist acts. We will not withdraw unless you accept OUR terms.

Should you dare choose to kill our soldiers we will turn your nation into a wasteland. Your people will not be able to grow food or emerge from a lead case for twenty-years. We will totally annihilate your nation.

We reject your demands, and currently the ballistic missiles on-board our submarines are targeted awaiting only the press of a button to annihilate your nation. The ball is in your court, sir."

Himself, Emperor Robertius

"Turning a desert land into even more of a wasteland?," laughed a secretary by the General. "Shut up!," barked Vorshank," An emperor is addressing us, patch in the Prime Minister."

Dr.Grid Vincent appeared on screen as he had been made aware of what was going on," Emperor how many times must we inform that we are not terrorists. Logic dictates that you are the nation insistant on force as a means to an end. I am the Prime Minister of this land, I will protect this land. I do not condone force or death but I warn you not to force us to play our cards. With what time it takes to flatten a desert that was useless for growing anything anyway all your men I have informed will be killed."

The good doctor took of his glasses and looked into the camera:

"We are not terrorists but we are plagued by them. We have a long term plan to get rid of them and we do not need your assistance to do this. Sign our charter, protect your people so we can protect ours and together get rid of the terrorists."

Static slowly turns to a signal on the video-phone:

"We will withdraw. However, we do not promise to never return. If Maslawyia does not come through on its' promise to deal with terrorism we may act.

Legion I has begun its' withdrawl and are marching back to the transports ships. The Imperial flag has been removed from the flagstaff on the beach head, and replaced with a rag-tag Maslawyia flag found in the debris.

If one single man dies in this withdrawal, the terms are no longer valid and we do not have a deal. The helicopters must withdraw from the area around our fleet and return home."

Himself, Emperor Robertius

"Your men will be safe as they start to leave. Our helicopters will not leave until you do. Their mission is for the protection of the nation until you have left our waters and our safety is guaranteed. This conversation has been recorded for the future safety of our two nations."

The General cut in,"This is an amendment of the initial charter. It is being sent to all parties to be signed and then returned. Once your forces have left and the charter has been returned signed by you then and only then will hostilities stop."

The fax machine whirred into action.....

"The last of Legion I has arrived to the fleet location. The ships set direction and began sailing home. All forces were withdrawn from the territory of Maslawyia including spy-planes.

The Emperor signed the charter, and his aids faxed it back to Maslawyia. He has declared an end to hostilities."

Dr.Grid Vincent received his final copy of the charter and signed. He reclined back into his chair and smiled. Once more he had become a part of history and now another chapter in Maslawyia's life had passed.
